Villa Aire Son Bou is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa set in the lovely area of Torre Soli, within the resort of Son Bou. It offers fantastic sea views from the terrace as well as open countryside vistas. You have your own private pool, with a gated upper terrace. Inside there is a tastefully decorated living and dining area and 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 with en suites. The centre of Son Bou and the beach are within a 15 minutes’ walk of the villa. WiFi, air conditioning/ heating in the lounge and a cold air ducted system in the bedrooms are included.

Villa Aire Son Bou is set in the lovely Torre Soli area, 15 minutes’ walk to the main resort centre of Son Bou. Here you will find a host of bars and restaurants catering for all tastes. There are a few mini markets in the resort and larger supermarkets can be found in the inland town of Alaior. Villa Aire Son Bou raised location, just a few streets back from the resorts stunning beach, gives wonderful sea views. Further afield, a 40 minute drive from the villa, you have the beautiful former capital of the island, Ciutadella, with it’s stunning architecture and lovely harbour it’s well worth a visit.

Balearics Sustainable Tourism Tax - €2.00 per person per night for guests aged 16 and over. 50% reduction for the 9th night onwards and a 75% reduction from 1 November to 30 April. You will only be charged for the first 6 guests. Payable after guest details entered during check-in.
