This property consists of 3 independent private villas, with direct sea access and a boat slip. Each one has a pool and unobstructed sea views:

Exterior Features
In each villa, the outdoor area offers a private infinity-edged swimming pool, ideal for soaking up the sun and enjoying the picturesque views of the sea. Additionally, the large terrace is the perfect space to share special moments with friends or family either at the outdoor dining area or at the outdoor sitting area, while always overlooking the Ionian Sea.

Ground Floor
On the ground floor, you'll step into a large open living area and the indoor dining space. Just next to this area, you'll find a fully-equipped separate kitchen, ready for your cooking needs. On this level there is also a double master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom, complete with a bathtub.
Lastly there is a convenient WC and a laundry room.

First Floor
Moving upstairs to the first floor, there are three bedrooms, two twin ones and a double one, each with its own en-suite bathroom with shower. The three bedrooms have access to a large balcony with a table and chairs for each bedroom, offering breathtaking views of the sea.

Additional bedrooms for the 5-bedroom and 6-bedroom villa:
- The 5th bedroom of the 5-bedroom villa is located on the ground floor, with an independent entrance right from the terrace, completed with an ensuite bathroom and a mini fridge, the perfect private nook is created.
- The 5th and 6th bedroom of the 6-bedroom villa are located right behind and above the pool, with a staircase leading to them and once more each with a private entrance. Both bedrooms offer complete privacy, each with an ensuite bathroom mini fridge and separate balconies.
