CASA VIOLA is a large, beautiful and comfortable villa located in Jávea on the Costa Blanca in Spain. It is situated in the tranquil residential area of Adsubia, just 5 minutes drive from the Arenal sandy beach, the bars, restaurants, shops and night life. With accommodation for up to 8 people, the villa is perfect for holiday makers who wish to enjoy a peaceful and relaxing vacation in private surroundings by the poolside. The lawned Mediterranean-style garden around the house is level, well-established and filled with palm trees and tropical plants. The 10x5m swimming pool is easily accessible; there is also an outdoor hot-water shower and a BBQ area/ summer kitchen.
Inside the villa on the ground floor are 2 double bedrooms, and one full bathroom (shower, ). The spacious lounge/dining room is bright and comfortable with a delightful sea view. The kitchen is modern and well-equipped with direct access to the garden. On the first floor there is another 2 very private, double bedrooms ’ bathroom and a balcony offering panoramic views including see view . The lounge leads directly out to the shady covered veranda and also to the poolside sun-terrace furnished with dining table, chairs and sun beds. The property is very secure with a remote-controlled electric entrance gate and parking space for two cars. There is plenty of additional parking space on the road outside the villa.
The villa is newly decorated, equipped and furnished to a very high standard. Wi-Fi, a 60” television with satellite and cable service, music system , a secure safe, , and air conditioning are installed in all rooms. . A high chair and cot are available; all linen, including pool towels, is provided; a complementary welcome pack is included; and a baby sitting and translation service is offered. The property is suitable for children , we request no smoking inside the house and no pets.
