Villa Breva is located in Bellagio - you can get to downtown by car in 5 minutes .
Outside the Villa there is an infinity pool and on a higher level a jacuzzi surrounded by a lush green meadow as well as a parking area.
The Villa spreads out on three levels: the first level offers a stunning view of the lake and of the mountains surrounding the area out from the glass doors. There is a kitchen equipped with cooking utensils, a balcony where you can have your meals, a living room, a toilet and two bedrooms :one with a king-size bed, and the other one with twin beds. Both rooms have their our en-suite bathroom.

On the first level there are three bathrooms, three double rooms – two with king-size beds and one with twin beds and a small living room with a desk and a sofa bed. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom.

In the basement there is a bathroom, a gym room, a foosball table, a billiard table and a living room. —————————————————————————-other details to note : city tax has to be paid in cash the first day of your arrival and is 5€ per person per night.
