Offering the best that the Atlantic Seaboard has, this apartment perfectly combines modern living with peace and space to relax.
The Space:
Ideal for families, this 3 bedroom apartment offers the best of both worlds, with private Bakoven beach within walking distance and all that the city has to offer within 10 minutes’ drive.
It is magnificent, with breath-taking sea views, a fully equipped kitchen and a spacious open plan living and dining area. This opens onto the patio with a crystal blue swimming pool. All of the beds are made up with crisp white linen and neutral accents to promote a good night’s rest. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, dressing room, air-conditioning and en-suite with large bath. The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and third bedroom has twin beds and a dedicated bathroom. All have their own TV's.
Experience sunsets like you have never seen before. This property really makes the most of its beachfront views, with floor to ceiling glass windows. Enjoy a comfortable getaway for the whole family or entertain friends in this truly exquisite home.

Nice apartment but noisy road
Walking distance to camps bay, spacious, well appointed modern apartment with beautiful ocean views from lounge and main bedroom. We couldn’t use the balcony and plunge pool due to traffic noise right below and lack of privacy, also early morning loud talking from walkers, runners, bikers disturbed our sleep.
