Sensation urbaine de designer - entièrement réhabilité - poutres en bois récupérées - douche principale en verre avec un mur de briques apparentes et une deuxième salle de bain complète. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit et d'une literie de luxe et d'un dressing privé. La 2ème chambre a une salle de bain avec baignoire et douche.

Chef's Kitchen est tout neuf - tout en blanc avec des étagères en bois recyclées flottantes et des briques apparentes. Il y a une zone de coin cuisine pleine taille de la pièce avec des bancs flottants récupérés. Vous aurez le pont privé de 14 pieds du dos. Garage pour 1 voiture et stationnement dans la rue devant.

Certaines fonctionnalités que certains de chez soi loin de chez eux n'offrent pas:

CLIMATISATION CENTRALE FORCÉE. C'est un énorme avantage dans les mois d'été.

SECOND FULL La salle de bain est un énorme plus et rend un trio beaucoup plus confortable pour une famille ou un groupe de 4 personnes.

Beautiful

Everything was easy booking, checking in and out and the ease of dealing with a wonderful host! Great location, own garage access and close to everything you could desire as a tourist or regular to the Windy City. We never felt unsafe and the kids also enjoyed the stay. If we go back this is where I would want to stay!

Great experience

I have never booked a Vrbo before so this was a fantastic way to be introduced to the experience. The check in was very thorough. The flat was in a perfect location with a garage. The bedding was soft. I wasn’t expecting to have half and half, coffee and snacks waiting for us. The host was always available to answer any questions. As a compliment from some of the people that live in Rodger’s Park, the flat is one of the nicest they have seen. 10/10 recommend

Maia was so friendly, accommodating and super easy to communicate with. The flat was so nice, super comfortable furniture and is located in a quiet neighborhood. I’d definitely go back. Location is walkable to lots of bars &restaurants. Great place, I highly recommend it.Thanks Maia

Maia was a great host. She met us live and in person for a thorough tour and pointers. The space was very comfortable and roomy, very tasteful with lots of nice touches that made our experience exptrordinary. We all agreed it was the best VRBO experience we’ve had!

Lovely stay in North Chicago

We were visiting Loyola for parents weekend and this apartment was excellent for us in terms of location, cleanliness, and available things (TVs, kitchen gadgets, etc.). The owner was very nice and explained in detail the operations of the house. We would stay here again on our visits.

This place feels. like home...

It was my son's 20th Birthday and we traveled to celebrate with him. We rented this unit which we have stayed in before. My son's girlfriend flew in from Boston; she loved the flat. The flat is spacious, wonderfully decorated and the landlord is so helpful and accommodating. The beds are comfortable and the back deck is such a nice addition. Definitely special!

Great spot!

Such a nice property in a safe, quiet location. Host was super helpful and even picked up some groceries for us. Air conditioning worked very well even though it was over 90 degrees outside. Highly recommend!

Another 5-star stay at The Flat!

This was our fourth stay at The Flat (the first one I’ve booked under my profile instead of my husband’s), and our stay was reliably comfortable. Our two young boys (5 and 1) felt right at home. The Flat is so spacious and everything is impeccably clean. Our host, Maia, made check-in a breeze and was super responsive if we needed anything during our stay. The neighborhood is top notch and super walkable - grocery store is a short walk away, train is right down the street, and playground right around the corner. The kitchen is a lifesaver with two kids. This is the place to stay if you’re ever in Chicago. Don’t hesitate - book The Flat if you want a seamless experience and a 5-star stay!

Amazing stay!!

We loved our visit. The beds were so comfy, the host went above and beyond by shopping for lovely food items before our stay, the location was so close to public transport and there was lots of space and parking for our gang. Would definitely stay again!!!

We had a great stay with easy access to downtown attractions in about 30 minutes or less drive. Very safe and cool neighborhood. Excellent communication all the way through. The space is very well laid out and fit our needs perfectly. Highly recommend 👌

Great stay

This is one of the best VRBO experiences I've ever had. The property is beautiful, well furnished, and stocked with ample supplies of everything you need. Having garage parking is a huge plus! For families visiting Loyola students, this is a bit of a walk from campus, but definitely not too far. Highly recommended!

Can’t say enough good things

Maia was an incredible host starting even before the check in process, and continued that trend throughout the entirety of our stay. The apartment was perfect, the rooms were very comfortable and had everything we needed, we were well stocked on just about everything you could think of, and the location was nothing short of a dream. Next time I’m in Chicago I will definitely be seeing if this property has an opening!

Wonderful property in a perfect edgewater location. We were in town for a family member graduation and this was perfect place to stay. The unit is immaculate and easily sleeps 6. The off street parking amenity was great as we drove in. Would highly recommend!

Another Great Stay

We had a wonderful stay at The Flat for Christmas this year. We got hit with extreme weather and the property manager did a great job of providing resources - shovels, salt, etc. and ensuring that property was shoveled and clean. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

An exceptional property.

Great neighborhood, extra surprise amenities including snacks and coffee, very close to Red Line train, and a price comparable to an average hotel in Chicago. Don't pass this property up if your looking for a great experience.

Awesome

We loved this section of Chicago. Short walk to Red Line getting us right into the heart of the city easily. Just a short walk to the beach as well. Maia our host was fabulous! The place was spotless with many if not all amenities. Spacious flat with lots of character. Loved morning coffee on the patio. We hope to be back! Great to have easy accessible parking.
