3 bed caravan, sleeps 6. With decking to back overlooking the lake, double glazing and central heating. Opal rated.
Kitchen with full size oven/hob with extractor over, microwave and fridge/freezer. Dining area with table & chairs, seating 4 guests.
Homely lounge with free standing furniture, TV/Freeview, DVD player and electric fire.
Bed 1: Double bed with TV, en-suite shower room with toilet and wash basin
Bed 2: Two single beds
Bed 3: Two single beds
Family bathroom with small bath toilet and wash basin.
Fishing is available in the lake, and has proved to produce quality sized carp! Fishing license will need to be shown.
