Ground Floor
Spacious Kitchen with all the appliances youâre likely to need to self cater while youâre staying in Liverpool. With a large dining table that can also be used as a workspace for business travelers. Washing Machine and Dryer available for longer stays and corporate bookings
The Living Room comprises 2 large comfy sofas, smart TV and everything to make you feel like a home away from home.
First Floor
Large master bedroom with private balcony looking over the city skyline. King Size bed and lots of wardrobe space. Cosy second bedroom with double bed.
Main bathroom with 3 piece suite with waterfall shower over the bath.
Second Floor
Stairway leading landing with window views over Liverpool Cathedral. Double bedroom with En-suite shower room. Across from further Bedroom with Double and Single bed.
Additional Information
- Parking Available at the rear of the property and free on the street parking bays
- This property does have outdoor space, however we only put furniture out during summer months
- Although centrally located, it is in a quiet cul de sac so strictly no parties
Guest access
There will be some complimentary tea and coffee waiting for you which I'm sure will be useful for those arriving after a long journey. We provide travel sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a news agents a few minutes walk away.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
