Villa Azul is a luxury villa in Algarvian style, with 5 bedrooms and 5,5 bathrooms, near the "Old Village". Close to bars and restaurants, and a short distance to the marina.

This villa was totally refurbished in Algarvian style with its blue shutters recreating the typical houses of the Algarve and the proximity to the sea. Throughout the villa is evident the detail of the craftsmanship both in the interior doors of blue wood and in the floor tiles of Santa Catarina giving it this own and unique character. The decorator took to the limit the proximity of the past and in some of the bathrooms there is the absence of doors or typically rustic doors together with comfort and modernism of the bedroom where the wardrobes came from one of the trips to China by the owner.

The project was designed in a way to offer its guests a cosy but at the same time relaxing and with a holiday spirit.

Thinking about the environment the villa has available electric fans that can be for cold and hot  air however all rooms have air conditioning. This typical character together with the minimalist results in this beautiful villa with large garden and pool ideal for groups of friends or families.

Everything was thought to the detail in the garden has 5 fixed double sun loungers so that the guests enjoy to the maximum the sun of our Algarve.

On the ground floor is the American-style living room with spacious and airy open-space kitchen and dining area for 10 people. Access to the terrace area with outdoor furniture, garden and pool.

The living room has a big settee, LCD and cable TV, access to the terrace and garden.

Fully equipped kitchen with SMEG appliances.

Bedroom 1: Double bed en-suite with shower, air conditioning and electric fan (hot and cold).

On the first floor of the house there are the other 3 bedrooms:

Bedroom 5: Two twin beds en-suite with shower, garden view, air conditioning and electric fan (hot and cold).

Outside there is a 8m x 4m swimming pool with roman steps and ladder access, 106cm to 220cm depth, poolside shower, garden, 5 double and fixed sun loungers and 4 sun umbrellas, set of sofas, dining table for 10 people and charcoal grill.

It has 3 parking places in front of the villa on a Moroccan sand giving the beach house spirit on arrival.

Free access to a communal area (communal pool, tenis court, playground area).

Safety: smoke alarm, extinguisher, first aid kit, fire blanket, certificates of energy and electric. The property only has electric appliances, no gas installation.

On the departure day the property needs to be tidy before the inspection by the Keyholder. The following items needs to be checked:
Barbecue/oven if used needs to be cleaned or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
Dishes & pantry items need to be washed or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
No garbage in the property or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit.
The occupancy of the accommodation on the day of entry (check in time) will be between 4 pm and 6 pm. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed in writing.
There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 1800.

Between 24:00 and 01:00 - 50 euros
Between 01:00 and 09:00 - 100 euros (subject to availability)
