Nice apartment, really great location.
Car parking at Novotel a bit of a hassle, especially with luggage.
2 x shower mixers faulty but fixed the following day by the management.
Great location.Advertised as having a balcony but we couldnât access it and it was covered in pigeon shit anyway.
Photos indicated a decent welcome pack including bottle of wine, we just had a paper bag with a few tea and coffee bags in.
Property was very clean on arrival, but there were a few annoying issues.
Balcony was covered in bird poo and unable to sit out on the chairs as this too was covered in SH1T!!
Key missing for door (which was locked) leading from living room to balcony and could only access via bedroom.
Pillows for the bed were very uncomfortable - they were filled with some sort of gel which did NOT mould around your head - it felt like sleeping on a brick. We only stayed for two nights but if we had to stay any longer I would have had to have purchased new pillows, just from a comfort aspect.
It would be useful if there were TV's in the bedroom.
Overall it was a nice property, location was very close to all amenities.
We had a lovely stay and the apartment was generally great. A few things that would have made our stay even better
We had chosen the property for easy access. The step from the street was difficult â perhaps you could address with the building owner.
The separate bathroom had no shelf in the shower to put items while washing, making it awkward to use.
The TV was more complicated to use than necessary. Channels were only accessible via apps (IPlayer, ITVX, etc). Complicated for people with limited tech ability.
The light switches in the living room, oven and hob were all more complicated than necessary. Instruction manuals via a QR code were not helpful. Much better that they could be printed for people who donât use smart phones.
All said, we had a lovely stay.
