This newly built modern light and airy 4 bedroom villa with a private swimming pool is only 25 min walk to the beach and 7-10 min drive to the famous Puerto Banus.

-The Space-

This villa is meant to enjoy life. Set in a quiet secured urbanisation of only 16 private modern villas, our villa stands out of the crowd for its extremely winning distribution of the spaces and exquisite very tasteful decoration in Scandinavian style: easy, light, comfortable, great looking and functional furniture, ample living room, cosy 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms and a guest toilet, fully equipped modern kitchen with an island, large terraces, panoramic sliding glass doors and, of course, lovely private swimming pool. All four bedrooms are equipped with double beds and sleep 8 guests in total. There is also a chill out room downstairs equipped with a sofa. In case of necessity It can be used as 5th bedroom.

You will definitely want to dine and wine outside in the immaculately maintained tropical garden and relax around the pool in one of the sun beds. The villa also provides high level of privacy due to its elevated position in the urbanization.

Territory of the urbanization is gated and secured and night guard patrols the territory during nighttime.


-The Area-

Just a short drive off the A7 highway towards the gastronomic capital of Andalucia and the richest municipality of Spain: Benahavis, yet only 10 minutes drive to Puerto Banus, this area is one of the most sought-after for permanent living as well as for vacationing.

The reasons are simple: urbanisations, most of which are villas, are set in the natural reserve park among tropical gardens and between beautiful hills and mountains, river and golf fields. The area is not over inhabited and there are lots of things to do: walk along the riverbed, bike, hike, or go to try best food in the multiple restaurants of Benahavis, some of which have Michelin stars.
Walk to the nearest beach 20 minutes from the villa, go golfing (3-4 minutes from the villa) or drive (10 min) to the famous Puerto Banus with its yachts, restaurants, bars, day and night social life and excellent beaches. There are also lots of entertainments for kids nearby: famous Selwo Zoo, Mundomania kids park and many more.
