Esplanade Garden Flat is a spacious 2-bed apartment with a fully fitted kitchen. Freshly painted last year with stylish colours and modern furniture.
A stunning location near South Bay, with the cliff path to the beach just across the road.
We are available by phone, email, and chat, and we're conveniently nearby if you need assistance at the apartment.
Wonderful location on Scarborough's Southside. A ten-minute walk across the bridge will take you into the town centre. And a coastal walk south to Cayton Bay Beach and even all the way to Filey. Just across the road from the apartment, you will arrive at the cliff top above the Spa and the Clock Cafe. Walk down the cliff path to the beach or enjoy the Italian Gardens. Homemade delights and spectacular views from the Clock Cafe.

The Esplanade Garden apartment features a roomy and contemporary lounge area, providing the perfect setting for relaxation and quality family time. For additional guests, there are two comfortable velvet sofa beds available. You can unwind in front of the 43" smart TV, where you can enjoy your favourite streaming services using your own accounts.
The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher, dining table, cooker, hob, microwave, and enough cooking accessories for cooking at home.
The back door leads to a small enclosed outside space with a bistro table and chairs. Perfect to enjoy your morning coffee or some afternoon sunshine.
Bedroom 1 is a spacious room with a brand-new king-size bed.
Bedroom 2 has two new, single beds. Ideal for children, teenagers, or adults.
Both bedrooms have drawers, full-size mirrors, and hanging space.
The bathroom has a separate bath and shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
The entrance has a large porch with a coat stand. Plenty of room for coats, shoes, and boots. There is also space for a pushchair.
Turn left out of the apartment, stroll for 5 minutes to the shops on Ramshill.
Ramshill has, among other things, a wonderful bakery, Sainsburyâs Local, pizza and Chinese takeaways, fish and chip shop, homemade chocolate shop, cafes, and little further along the road is Tuscany Too, a delicious, Italian Restaurant.
The local Artisan bakery is called Dahlia Bakery, on Ramshill Road. You will find bread, croissants, pastries, amazing cakes, coffee, salads and sandwiches. Not to be missed!
If you need a large supermarket, you will find Tescos, Aldi and Sainsburyâs in town.
In the covered market, at the bottom end of town, there are fabulous fruit and veg stalls. Plus, a local butcher, fishmonger and bakery for fresh bread.
There is also a Marks and Spencer, in town, with a good food section.
Street parking is available outside your apartment, parking permits are required between 9am and 5pm.
Parking permits are provided for the first vehicle, if you are coming with a second vehicle extra parking permits can be purchased. Please order in advance.
This is a pet friendly apartment. A maximum of two small to medium-sized well-behaved pets are welcome, pet fees will be applied per pet.
Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot. Please bring your own sheet.
A digital guest guidebook will be sent to guests prior to their stay. It includes check in/out details, driving directions, a detailed apartment manual, restaurants recommendations, and much more!
