Just a 5-10min walk into Aylesbury town centre, where you will find great rail links shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. Located on the edge of this charming market town. Set in the heart of leafy Buckinghamshire, the apartment is great for a mini break, business travel, contractor stay, family stay or longer holiday. Enjoy a split level apartment layout (like a mini house with stairs and a landing) with your own private entrance. Enjoy high quality bed linen and fresh towels. As you enter the front door the kitchen is located on your right and contains essential utensils for home cooking. Including a washing machine and fridge freezer. Through the carpeted hallway you will find the open plan living and dining area, complete with a modern dining table and chairs, along with a nice comfy sofa. Upstairs will lead you to two double bedrooms and a family bathroom. Bedroom one is located at the back of the apartment and includes a generous amount of built in storage that runs the entire depth of the large room. Here you will find a comfy double bed, a large 3 meter wide window that allows plenty of natural light in and a wall mounted electric heater. Bedroom two is located at the front of the apartment and also has ample storage and a double bed. The bathroom contains a toilet, washbasin and a shower over bath with a shower screen and electric towel rail heater. You can enjoy a 5-10 minute stroll into the town centre. There is free, unrestricted on-street parking outside the apartment. So leave your car and go and explore the old market town without worry. The neighborhood has several apartment blocks and also some terrace houses. There is a petrol station located just across the road selling convenience foods and snacks. It’s also possible to be at London Marylebone train station in about an hour from the local station. If you’re bringing a car, you’ll be able to use it at your leisure to visit other local villages, towns and places of interest including Berkhamstead, High Wycombe, Amersham, Stoke Mandiville, Wendover, Waddasdon and Beconsfield to name a few places! The Aylesbury Apartment is heated by wall mounted, WIFI enabled, ceramic, electric radiators that run off smart technology. On the day of your arrival you will be given a link to download the Tuya app whereby you can control the radiators by the app on your phone. Don’t have a modern phone? No problem, the radiators are also touch screen! The apartment is already very well insulated due to having other apartments next to and above the home. Hot water is powered by an WiFi enabled, smart immersion heating system that will heat water in the morning for your use throughout the rest of the day. It is pre-set depending on the number of people staying, to provide enough hot water for average use. Usage above this will be charged accordingly, please contact the host for more details.
