This gorgeous 3 bedroom villa in Guia, near Albufeira, 5Km to the nearest beaches: Galé, Salgados, Lourenço, Castelo, Coelha, S.Rafael. The villa is located in a very quite country side area, 600 mts. from the famous village of GUIA and has magnificent views over farmland towards the coast line. Has its own private pool 8x4 mts which can be heated (at a supplement charge).
It comprises, on the groud floor: 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms being 1 ensuite. Spacious Dinning and Sitting area /open space fully equipped Kitchen. On the 1st.floor, a master suite with bathroom and north/south sunny terraces with beatiful panoramic views. This villa has fantastic outside space making this the perfect family holiday retreat.
It is also fully air conditioned throughout.
The owners, Manuel and Josie live in the adjoining villa, but your privacy is guaranteed.

Perfect villa for the Algarve

Very clean and spacious property with a lovely garden and sizeable pool that can be heated on arrival for an additional fee. Close to the sea, restaurants and Zoomarine - which is a must-visit day out for families. Our host was very welcoming.

We had a great stay at the villa. Sara greeted us at arrival and told us everything we needed to know. The villa was very clean and had everything we needed. The pool was warm and we used it everyday. Definitely recommend this accommodation.

Guia Holiday July 2025

We had a fabulous holiday at Sara's family villa and I could not recommend it highly enough for an Algarve retreat. Sara was a fantastic host and nothing was too much trouble for her. Ideally located to see all parts of the beautiful Algarve cost and we had lots of fun at the annual Guia Frango Festival. Most evenings were spent on the balcony enjoying the beautiful sun sets. A fabulous trip and a wonderful property.

Fabulous villa

We loved our stay. The villa was a great size & had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The outside space & pool was ideal for our family of 5. It is a short walk (10 mins) into Guia for the local restaurants and a 10/15 min drive to Albufeira. We will definitely be back again!

Second stay and just as amazing!

This is the second time we have stayed at Casa da Quinta and had another brilliant time here! Sara was extremely helpful and always available as and when we needed (which wasn’t very often!). The villa itself is well equipped, comfortable and homely as well as being well located for supermarkets, beach and places to visit. The pool was heated which was a bonus particularly as the weather want’s spectacular when we visited. All in all, I’m sure this won’t be the last time we visit and would thoroughly recommend to families and anyone looking for a relaxing break.

Great space for relaxing

We had a wonderful, very relaxing time at this villa. We had the pool heated which allowed us to enjoy relaxing in the pool and yard every afternoon after we retuned from exploring the area. Communication with our host was easy, and he responded quickly to our needs.

Lovely stay, 4 adults 2 children. Perfect position for the towns and beaches but away from the hustle bustle. Morning spent in the pool and afternoons exploring or on the beach. Super villa, perfect for a relaxing family holiday. Manuel next door, helpful but not intrusive. Worth 5 stars and more.

Our stay at this villa was absolutely amazing. Website photos don't even do the place justice, its much better. The villa is emaculate and very comfortable.Our host, Sara, was incredibly hospitable. She drove over 15mins to lead us back to the villa when our sat nav led us astray on our way from the airport. She was promptly responsive to a couple of very minor issues we had at the villa and she had the very swiftly addressed. Sara even recommended us to Ramires restaurant which makes the most delicious chicken the area.We absolutely recommend this villa, which is perfectly situated for holiday makers. Thank you Sara

Amazing

This was our second stay in this amazing property. The villa is perfectly located for peaceful days by the pool, visits to the local beaches and touring the Algarve region. The villa is superbly equipped and we wanted for nothing. We have been visiting this area of Portugal with our family for over 10 years and this is by far the best value Villa we have stayed in. We have already booked to return in 2025.

Manuel was most accommodating and helpful Cleaner came 2x per week which was most unexpected. Everything was as described and very, very quiet as it was located at the end of a street. We often enjoyed happy hour on the deck in the west facing backyard. Thanks for a wonderful stay-we love the Algarve

An absolutely wonderful stay!

We have just returned from a week at Manuel’s villa and had such an amazing stay. The villa itself is really comfortable, well equipped, clean and well located and the heated pool was such a great addition to the holiday too! Manuel and family couldn’t do enough for us - our flight was delayed until the early hours of the morning yet Manuel was there to greet us with a smile and a welcome pack of food and wine! We really were so delighted with our holiday and will hopefully be back there sooner rather than later. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Wonderful villa

Just returned from a lovely week at this property and can highly recommend. Property was spacious, clean and airy. We paid to have the pool heated, which meant we got a lot of use out of it. We were made welcome by Manuel and it was great after the journey to have some basic supplies provided (ham, eggs, butter, water, bread etc). The property is located well for ZooMarine and Algarve Shopping.

The house is very spacious, and the outside areas are lovely. The house was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. We parked our hire car there no problem. Manuel was a great host, and made sure we had all we needed. Would love to come back again sometime. Definitely recommend for families. Thumbs up!

Fantastic highly recommended villa

My family and I have enjoyed our holiday immensely. The house was perfect for our needs and very well located. The pool was a nice size, the lawn immaculate, the house was very clean and well kept and with a lovely bright and airy kitchen/dining/living room. It cannot be faulted. The highlight however were the wonderful neighbours that we have grown to know over our week there. Highly recommended.

Outstanding Villa

This is an absolutely beautiful villa were the owners have thought of everything. It was spotlessly clean, well equipped, comfortable and stylish. The pool/garden area is a wonderful spot with gas and charcoal BBQ's. The villa is in a lovely peaceful location but within walking distance to Guia with plenty of restaurants and a short drive to supermarkets and the beach. Our hosts very thoughtfully left a welcome pack to get us started and they could not have been more kind or helpful. Truly a wonderful stay and we hope to be back!

Wonderful time had by all

Firstly we would like to thank Manuel and family for the warm welcome and support throughout the week. The villa exceeded expectations, it was clean, spacious and had all the facilities you could need. The outside space was heavenly, a lovely heated pool, garden area and terrace. Guia itself is a 15 minute walk away where you'll find a few restaurants and bars and a cake shop that we found lovely. Manuel and family went above and beyond to ensure we had a great and we will definitely be back.

BEST EVER FAMILY VACATION

I selected this property for a family vacation with everyone's needs in mind. The beautiful upstairs spacious suite was for Us, the grandparents. The grandsons never wanted to leave the pool. Loved outdoor lunches and indoor eating too. Manuel was the best host and had a lovely welcome wine and other foods to get us started. The house was absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Quiet neighborhood and close to everything. We didn't want to leave!!!

Manuel. Josie and Sara, the owners, over delivered in every category of customer service. They truly made it a home away from home. The Villa had everything we could have wanted and the area was fun to explore for walks, beaches, restaurants and shopping.. Best VRBO stay I have had over the years and after a negative experience we had just prior in Hawaii, this made up for it in spades !!! We shall return.

Gorgeous villa in superb quiet spot, close to all the action in Guia or Albuferia.Beautifully presented villa our host Sara had left everything for our comfort and relaxation. Even a bottle of wine in the fridge. Bedrooms are Air Con, so even in the recent 33/37c heat we slept well. Rooms are so light & airy and kept cool with tiled floors. Maid service is twice a week, and is excellent, with clean towels, and bed linen & beach towels too. I cannot fault this villa & would return in a heartbeat if work & jobs did not get in the way. A very desirable residence for 4 to 6 people. Thank you Sara for all your hospitality and care & consideration.

Stunning and comfortable villa with lovely pool and garden in a quiet residential area with short walk to Guia village and approx 15 min drive to albufeira old town. We didn’t need car as Uber were very accessible. Each room with bathroom and comfortable beds. Well equipped kitchen. Extremely hospitable and friendly owner and family who live next door who could not have been more helpful and clearly go over and beyond to ensure their visitors enjoy their stay. The villa and pool were exactly as described. A beautiful and airy villa in a peaceful location which was very convenient to all necessities to have a wonderful holiday. Shops and beach with a excellent boardwalk all within under a 10 minute drive. Manuel was very helpful and a welcoming host to us, nothing a bother for him. The welcome pack he left was very appreciated after a long journey. Little touches like this make all the difference. UK TV channels were a bonus and beds very comfortable too! Would recommend this villa for a low-key relaxing holiday with everything within reach. Guia is a fantastic location to base yourself if you want to explore the Algarve region.
