The 32 m2 swimming pool has a large, spacious sunbathing area with sunbeds and umbrellas. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, also with en suite bathrooms, and satellite television and air conditioning. One room has access to a terrace with a seating area. The villa is completely surrounded by greenery, so you can enjoy privacy and a view of olive trees and Mediterranean plants. From the pool there is a beautiful view of the untouched nature of Istria. In this villa you will truly rest in peace and quiet, enjoy the terrace with a glass of wine, sunbathe by the pool with your favourite book or simply hang out with family and friends.
Each room is air-conditioned and covered by a Wi-Fi signal. Private parking is in front of the house. Groups of young people are not allowed.
