East Havers, Alnwick, Northumberland, sleeps three guests in two bedrooms.
East Havers is a delightful stone built barn conversion in a courtyard setting on the outskirts of Alnwick. It has a fenced garden, good for dogs. Finished to a high standard, the property offers cosy accommodation with many traditional features. Ideally situated for the market town of Alnwick which offers a range of amenities including shops, restaurants, pubs, cinema, and theatre. The famous Alnwick Castle and Gardens are on your doorstep, a short drive away is the Northumberland Heritage Coastline with its miles of pristine beaches and picturesque villages and harbours.

GROUND FLOOR
Entrance to kitchen/dining area and separate living area.
Kitchen area with electric oven and hob, microwave, air fryer, slow cooker, food steamer, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and washing machine.
Dining area with table and chairs.
Lounge with comfy seating, Samsung 50" Smart 4K TV and Blue Ray DVD, byre style window with access to the courtyard.
FIRST FLOOR
Bedroom 1 with King size bed, TV and easy chair.
Bedroom 2 with single bed.
Family bathroom with shower over bath, WC, basin and heated towel rail.
OTHER FACILITIES
Private parking for 1 car to the front of the property. Large rear enclosed garden with 2 patios and garden furniture, good for dogs. All domestic power, towels and linen included in the rent. New insulated doors and upstairs windows have been installed and the kitchen has been re-equipped.

Town: The attractive and historic market town of Alnwick is dominated by Alnwick Castle, home to the Duke of Northumberland. The Castle Gardens, opened in 2002, are home to Europe's largest cascading water feature, a fabulous (and enormous) treehouse, a delightful rose garden and a beautiful, walled ornamental garden, which will delight novice and experienced gardeners alike. The castle is also famous as the setting for Hogwarts School featured in the Harry Potter films! The town's narrow streets have seen little change since the days when the London to Edinburgh stage coach passed through and the Market Place, with its stone cross, is still the central feature and the ideal venue for the weekly Saturday market. Alnwick offers a good selection of shops, pubs and places to eat and there is plenty to see and do, with miles of golden sandy beaches, numerous castles and boat trips to the famous Farne Islands all available nearby. Altogether a superb location for exploring Northumberland and its stunning Heritage Coastline.
