The boutique 2BR apartment is a fully independent and very stylish apartment downstairs left in a 4 apartment vacation villa 900 meters from the sea with partial seaview (the whole villa is separately listed). There is a separated eating/lounging area on the patio for each downstairs apartment. The common area include the garden downstairs with olive trees, grass and shared facilities. Perfect for having fun with the whole family.
The space
Each apartment has BR(s) with double beds and a living room with 50 inch TV, double sleeping couch and a small kitchen.
The common area of the villa in the downstairs garden has:
- Large grass lawn
- BBQ area with large coal grill, dining area and table football
- Mini outdoor fitness (1 elliptical and 1 rowing machine and 2 free weights).

Further a small shared pool and deck downstairs and a kids volley/badminton field under construction (thus not priced in)
Guest access
Apart from the apartment and the common areas of the villa there is easy walkable 5 restaurants and 2 beach bars (within 15 min). Also there is a nice public childrens playground and a mini-football & basket court within short walking distance (5min)
The airport is only 25m drive and the Apollo Temple and great beaches of Cape Sounio are only 10m drive. Multiple more restaurants, beaches, cafes and beach bars along the coast in both directions. Supermarket is 6m drive so rental car is recommended
Other things to note
There is common washing and drying machines available against pay. Our housekeeper lives on the premises and can offer cooking or babysitting etc if additionally agreed (note Ukranian)
The pool is fantastic behind 15m of soft grass. However, please note that the pool (2,5m*4,8m*1m) is shallow and has a 60cm elevated entrance deck so fairly safe BUT without a fence. The deck is wooden so recommendable with flipflops. Also from behind the pool there is access under the pool for maintenance. This is ONLY for the owners.
The area behind the pool has unused soil and materials and equipment.
Thus children ONLY allowed at the pool/deck and behind under supervision of adults.
