Tesy's Studios & Apartments - 2 Bedroom 1st Floor Apartment

Tesy’s apartments and studios is a newly-built apartment complex in Laganas, Zakynthos Island, Greece, and is the ideal holiday accommodation for all of us who desire a relaxing, serene environment, without staying too far away from beaches, popular resorts and a vivid nightlife.

Located just a few hundred meters from the turquoise waters of the Ionian Sea, Tesy’s three apartments and two studios are bound to meet the needs of all guests, be it couples, groups of friends or families!

In total, there are 5 accommodations of 3 different categories. The property is spread upon two floors, connected with indoor stairs. On the ground floor, there is one apartment and two studios. On the first floor, there are two apartments with furnished terrace and great garden view.

Two 2-Bedroom Apartment: The apartment measures 60 sq.m. and accommodates up to 5 guests. It features two bedrooms, a bathroom with a shower and a living room with a sofa-bed. In addition, the guests can relax on the spacious furnished veranda which offers a lovely view of the surrounding area.

Kindly note that according to the accommodation’s policies there is a fully refundable* damage deposit of 70.00 Euros, payable in cash upon arrival, applicable for all guests in case of serious damage to the property and all items therein.

*The damage deposit is refunded on the day of departure after the relevant inspection of the property.

**The Climate Resilience Tax of 2.00 Euros/night is not included and will be paid by cash upon arrival.
