Arranged over three floors this stylish and spacious town house is dog friendly and has been thoughtfully set up by the current owners to comfortably sleep eight guests across its three bedrooms and snug.As you enter the house on the ground floor you are welcomed in with a beautifully tiled floor hallway, the snug room is at the front of the property on your left, with a double sofa bed. Leading on, passing the stairs is the main central living space which is bright and open plan and features a large bespoke corner sofa and Smart TV the room naturally flows onto an impressive and beautifully bright kitchen/diner with feature skylight & tri-fold doors that continue out to the multi-tiered, enclosed rear garden, offering a paved patio area to its bottom and middle tiers, and a further small grassed area to the top tier. Outside electric points garden furniture and festoon lighting mean guests can utilise and enjoy the outside social space during the day and evenings.On the first floor youâll find a twin bedroom whilst across the hall is a modern shower room and a further separate bathroom, both of which feature rainfall showers.The second floor has two more bedrooms. one set up as a twin and the other as a super king.If given good notice once booked we can gladly set up the beds as doubles or twins to accommodate your booking, but unless otherwise stated the configuration will be 2 twin 1 super king and a sofa bed.THE ISLAND HOLIDAY COMPANY ARE ABLE TO OFFER DISCOUNTED FERRY TRAVEL TO THE ISLE OF WIGHT WHEN YOU BOOK YOUR HOLIDAY THROUGH US.LOCATION:Home to the oldest and biggest sailing Regatta in the world, Cowes is the number one destination for sailors during the Summer months.Cowes also boasts a rich wealth of history and culture with its âtwinâ East Cowes just across the Medina estuary by chain ferry.Stroll through the vibrant town and enjoy independent shops and well-known yachting clothing stores, sit at a pavement cafĂ© or have a restaurant lunch and people watch or enjoy a glass of something cold and watch the sun go down over the Solent before having dinner at some excellent pubs and restaurants.Take yourself across the water to East Cowes via the chain ferry and enjoy a slice of great British history at Osborne; Queen Victoriaâs seaside residence. Stroll along her beach and enjoy the walled garden and Swiss Cottage. Itâs a wonderful spot for families or just to wander through on your own. If it becomes apparent that you have brought a pet(s) with you but did not advise us, we will contact you to request payment separately.This property offers a double sofa bed, If you would like us to supply linen for its use during your stay, this can be provided at an additional cost of ÂŁ35, per stay. Please do make us aware at the time of booking / in advance of your stay if you require this service, so we can arrange to take payment and have the linen made available. There is no electric car charger on site and guests are prohibited from using the mains electric in the property to charge a car, unless agreed prior with the owner of the property. If it becomes apparent a car is being charged without approval, then the guest may be charged an additional amount to cover the extra cost. IMPORTANT INFORMATION:The Island Holiday Company are responsible for the full management of this property and should you need to contact us during your stay we are available between 9-5 Monday to Friday, We also operate an out of hours emergency service on the weekends - please refer to your property brochure left inside the property, for further information and contact details. No stag or hen parties are permitted at any of our properties.
