Layout:
* Ground Floor: A bedroom with sofa beds for two guests and a functional workspace.
* First Floor: A spacious living room with a modern open kitchen and dining area. Glass doors lead to a terrace with a pool, sunbeds, dining for 10, and a BBQ. A modern high-end toilet and an additional balcony complete this floor.
* Second Floor: 3 bedrooms, including 1 ensuite. Two large bathrooms, one featuring a beautiful jacuzzi bathtub. Two balconies provide private spaces to enjoy a coffee or drink.

Optional extras:

Heated Pool (25C): €40 per night (Kindly note that the pool heater needs to be booked for the entire stay and requires 24-48 hours in advance to ensure it’s perfectly warmed up for your enjoyment).

Guest Access:
Guests will have keyless access to the villa using a code. We will provide all check-in information, including the access code, before your arrival for a smooth and convenient entry.

Very quiet central location, just a few min walk to the old town. The old town is full of great restaurants, cafes, and nightlife. With 2 large supermarkets nearby (2 min walk). Just over 10 min walk to the iconic Pria Do Peneco beach. One of the most beautiful beaches in all of the Algarve.
