Located near Cassiobury Park, this spacious, newly reburnished property can only be described as a Dream Home. You'll find 4 large bedrooms each with En-suite. There's a large open living space with a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. The property has everything you need for a relaxing, luxurious and truly memorable stay. Watford town Centre and is just a short distance walk, and the beautiful Cassiobury Park is right on your doorstep. There's also a large garden and driveway parking.
The space
The property has been newly refurbished and equipped to the highest standard. Downstairs there is a reception room, and a large open living space with a modern kitchen and a large dining table. There is also a large utility room. Upstairs you'll find three gorgeous En-suit bedrooms, and a fourth bedroom in the converted loft. There is a large private garden at the back of the property with a patio area. At the front there is a private driveway, which will comfortably fit up to four vehicles. The property is equipped with TV's and Wi-fi.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property with the exception of the garage and a room which is used for owner storage.
Other things to note
The property is within walking distance of both Watford Junction and Watford Underground stations.
The central location of the property means the town Centre and all the local attractions are very accessible. Harry Potter Warner Brother Studios is a short distance drive or can be accessed by bus.
