Absolutely wonderful place to stay

Beautiful harbor front with sea views close to restaurants and shops. Absolutely enjoyed the stay.

Athens Stay

Perfect place to stay before embarking on our cruise. The villa was beautifully appointed. Six adults were very comfortable in the space. Would highly recommend!

Amazing view!

The house was amazing and was just perfect to end our Greek vacation. The porch and the view of the marina were so relaxing and beautiful. Highly recommend!

This property is absolute amazing. It was clean and exactly what the host stated it would be. It was comfortable and made us feel right at home. There were some drinks etc sitting there waiting for us which is amazing. We were given a tour of the house and recommendation which was extremely helpful. I recommend staying here.

Awesome location close to great restaurants and a small market. One thing I advise is to close security blinds at night. The bar across the street parties loud until 4am.

First I want to be clear that this is an extremely nice property that is nicely furnished, clean and in good area. The owner's son that met us is extremely nice and accommodating and they even let us check in 4 hours early at 12pm! Therefore it pains me to leave a poor review, but the lack of A/C to cool the unit was just tough to bear! So again, if A/C doesn't matter to you or you are traveling at a time when it is cooler then by all means book this unit. We were there at the worst time for heat on July 16th - July 18th, and the A/C would not cool the unit down below 78 degrees (26 degrees Celsius). It constantly read 26 degrees Celsius on the a/c units and if I had a thermometer, I bet it was hotter than that. I made our contact aware and he said he would look into it. I just don't believe the unit is setup with a enough A/C cooling ability for the 2,000 sq feet during the summer when its in the 90s. We would go over the Alex hotel and eat on the top floor and it was nice and cool in there. When you pay this kind of money, you expect A/C, period. Had I known this, I would never have booked it. So to sum up, it's a 5 star place but with the lack of A/C it is a 2 star at best.

Beautiful apartment

This apartment is very high class, stunning. The only downside is all the noise downstairs. It was VERY loud with motorcycles revving their engines all night long, right outside the apartment as it near a very popular spot for hanging out.

Fantastic apartment

We ended our trip here after a 14 day island hopping trip. The apartment is absolutely stunning, the location is fantastic and Vasilis was in constant contact when we needed it. We recommend a small car because the parking garage is tight, and the elevators are “old school” Greek elevators, only room for 1 person and a medium/large luggage or 2 people alone.It was very nice to have a welcome basket with some cookies, water, coffee and something to start our day without feeling we needed to immediately had to leave for food. We were unable to use the guest shower because we weren’t shown how to use it and some of the door handles were not secured. Vasilis offered to come to check things out but we declined. There are 2 restaurants directly across the street and the people are very loud all night, so if you are sensitive to sleeping habits that is a challenge, I would recommend earplugs. Overall, this apartment was beautiful, very comfortable and clean.
