Villa Dora - Italian Homing

Villa Dora is a four-room apartment with a breathtaking lake view. The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-family villa with private pool, sun loungers and a large furnished terrace overlooking the lake. Dedicated private parking, not shared with the other apartment, charging station for electric cars, barbecue on the terrace. It is a 5-minute walk from the lake and from the favorite equipped beach in Padenghe. The apartment, furnished in an ancient and modern style, offers a state-of-the-art fully equipped kitchen. A large and spacious living room furnished in an antique style. Three double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Animals are not allowed.

No reception: contactless concept
All facilities are cleaned and sanitized by certified, top-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a courtesy kit for all facilities and all necessary information on accommodation.
Customer care will always be at your disposal, via email or telephone for the entire stay.
You can also come and visit us at the office to discover the promotions reserved for you and the activities to do in the surrounding area.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, sign the mandatory contract with the property online and perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the deposit requested by credit card in security form, as a guarantee for any damages.
It is forbidden to welcome minors unaccompanied by parents.
Please note: we do not guarantee to answer the phone after 10pm.
It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment.
In case of violation, an amount of 200 euros will be charged.
