The loft one step away from heaven takes its name from the beautiful lake view that can be observed from the small intimate balcony, located on the fifth floor of a historic building in Desenzano, 50 meters from the station. The apartment is cared for in every detail: modern and equipped kitchen, double sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with tub / shower. In front of the building there is a large free parking lot. The center of Desenzano can be reached in 5 minutes on foot, as well as the lakeside promenade and the nearest beaches.

No reception: contactless concept
All facilities are cleaned and sanitized by certified, top-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a courtesy kit for all facilities and all necessary information on accommodation.
Customer care will always be at your disposal, via email or telephone for the entire stay.
You can also come and visit us at the office to discover the promotions reserved for you and the activities to do in the surrounding area.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, sign the mandatory contract with the online facility and perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the deposit requested by credit card in security form, as a guarantee for any damages. 
It is forbidden to welcome minors unaccompanied by parents.
Please note: we do not guarantee to answer the phone after 10pm. 
It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. 
In case of violation, an amount of 200 euros will be charged.
