A fantastic contemporary spacious and newly modernised apartment, centrally located with private bathrooms for every bedroom. The living areas in the property consist of a kitchen with electric oven and induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and a living/dining room with dining seating for four, and a sitting area with 50" Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a super-king-size with en-suite shower room, and a twin with zip/link, along with a shower room. The apartment has access to a shared utility with washing machine and tumble dryer. Outside, there is parking available. Within 0.1 miles, you will find a shop and a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. One well-behaved pet welcome. Note: Check-in from 4pm, check-out by 10am. Note: Drop off/parking outside is only allowed between 4pm and 11am. Note: There is an extra charge of £10 per pet, per stay.
