Enjoyed my stay!

Good location, clean, nicely decorated, comfortable, convenient parking, safe, Comfortable bed, and large screen TVs. Had trouble with hot water, but Jeff responded immediately and quickly solved. Easy check in/out.

Great stay!

The condo was clean and perfect for our family of four. The kids loved having their own space upstairs in the loft. We enjoyed having access to the Walden Club pool and enjoyed fishing off the pier each morning. There are plenty of fun restaurants nearby. We would stay here again!

The unit itself was very welcoming and cozy. The location was great and property was nice. The hosts go above and beyond to make sure their guests feel welcomed. The unit was well stocked with ALL of the necessities and then some in the kitchen. I would absolutely recommend this unit!

Nice little get a way

We enjoyed our stay on Lake Conroe. It was close enough to all amenities and there was plenty to do. We fished, swam, played tennis, and ate out a lot. We will definitely be back.

RenFest Retreat

This lovely lakefront condo provided a relaxing respite after long days of medieval merriment at RenFest. Our girls loved sleeping in the loft, and we adults enjoyed having our privacy. The hosts were wonderful, welcoming, and communicative. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in the area.

Labor Day Fun!

We enjoyed our stay and loved the condo. We were able to park our boat right where we could see it, and had access to a private boat ramp. Jeff and Jane are great hosts and kept in touch with us as needed. The place was comfortable and well-stocked. Oh, and towels are so fluffy! We would definitely stay here again!

Our family get away

The condo was perfect and immediately had that feel that made us feel like home. In the mornings we were greeted with a spectacular view. Our boys loved it and asked we go back again soon. Which we will! Truly loved how accommodating our hosts were to our family. 10/10 made our holidays just that much more special.

We stayed here for 8 days ! This was absolutely perfect and exactly what we was looking for. This condo has absolutely everything and more . The view is absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect. The condo was clean and smelled wonderful. I feel the owner goes over and beyond with the cute little place will absolutely stay again . The owner also responded quickly to any and all concerns and questions.

Above and Beyond.

The property was exactly as described. Jeff and Jane have incredibly detailed instructions that made everything seamless. The condo was such a nice getaway for a couple of days. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice stay on Lake Conroe. Everything about the host, property and experience was above and beyond expectations.

Great Stay

We have stayed in several different units in this condo complex and keep coming back for more. We travel from Florida to visit the Texas Renaissance Festival every year. That being said, we don't spend our days enjoying the lake or the other amenities that the complex has to offer, but the evenings/nights have always been nice and quiet. This unit is decorated with plenty of lake decor and has more of an upscale feel than the average rental unit. With a few more updates, this unit would be our favorite.

The property was as shown in the pictures.

There were ants in the kitchen and bathrooms. Like hundreds of them marching in lines. Also the AC froze up and not even the fas would work. We had to leave about 3am because it was too hot too sleep. I left a voicemail with the property manager when I dropped the keys off explaining the issues and never received a response. It gets 2 stars because aside from the lack of communication and equipment failure it was as described and an easy transaction.

Ryan, So sorry your experience was not satisfactory. We have never received a phone call, email or VRBO message from you. We heard that you were having issues, that you mentioned, after you left, from our management company (they also did not have a call until after you left). Our AC unit is brand new as of Spring of 2017. We just had it serviced in Aug as part of our bi-annual check-up. We checked on the condo the day after you left and there no ants or AC issues (The condo was very cool when we arrived).

Relax at Lake Conroe

Hosts were very gracious. We went for a quiet, relaxing weekend and the accommodations were very nice. The view of the harbor and lake were awesome. We drove to Old Town Spring Saturday afternoon and walked around checking out the shops and listened to some great live music. Found some great food and really enjoyed the weekend.

Exactly What I Was Looking For

Was a great place to spend a few days relaxing. We went to both swimming pools and rented a boat. Could drive the boat right up to condo and rented it at the marina which is practically next door!
