Time Out is a truly beautiful pet friendly family holiday home in Southwold, with the most amazing views across the marshes and offset beach hut and sea views. This family friendly self-catering holiday home is light and airy with spacious rooms just waiting to be enjoyed. On the ground floor are two sitting rooms, large kitchen/diner and shower room, with two spacious bedrooms and shower room on the first floor. Time Out benefits from a large secure garden with patio area and the addition of a garage.

Ground floor
Entering into the sitting room, hard flooring runs throughout the ground floor.

Sitting Room
Located at the front of the property, with a large bay window allowing the light to fill this room, and giving you full marsh views. This room has two two-seater sofa's, side tables, and 40'' Smart TV. There is a large array of board games for the whole family to enjoy. Also, there are two comfortable chairs positioned in the bay window, a perfect position to enjoy a cup of tea taking in the views.

Snug
Perfectly located off the kitchen/diner. This room is a fantastic addition for extended families, allowing the adults and children their own space. This room has an array of stylish seating, with a standard TV with DVD player and DVD's available for you to enjoy.

Kitchen/Dining Room
With gorgeous garden views, this room is filled with natural light. A spacious room that is an ideal space to cook up a storm and enjoy quality time together. The kitchen comes well equipped with everything you need, including an electric oven, ceramic four ring hob with extractor fan above, 70/30 fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle and toaster. There is also a washing machine located in the cupboard in the snug.

There is a large wooden dining table, with six dining chairs. Sit back, relax and enjoy a lovely home-cooked meal with the garden views on offer.

Shower Room
Located off the snug. This newly fitted shower suite features a large walk in shower (please note there is a step up), wash basin and WC.

First Floor
Carpeted stairs lead up to the first floor landing.

Bedroom 1
Located at the front of the property, with spectacular marsh views. This bright and spacious room features a super-king zip/link bed (which can be made up as a super-king or two 3ft single beds), with bedside tables and touch lamps. There is a built in cupboard and chest of drawers for your belongings. There is a mirror with plug socket below and stool for you to be able to sit and do your hair. In addition this room features a day bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 small children (please see small print for additional information).

Shower Room
Located off the landing at the rear of the property. This room features a shower cubical, wash basin, heated towel rail and WC.

Bedroom 2
Located at the rear of the property, with garden views. There is a king zip/link bed, allowing you the option of a king size bed or two 2''6 single beds. There is a built in cupboard for your belongings.

Outside
Time Out benefits from both a front and rear garden space. At the front of the property is a small patio area with bench seat, and ideal space for that morning coffee, enjoying the views. At the rear is a secure south facing garden, with patio and lawn space. Enjoy a BBQ and meal alfresco in the warmer months.

There is a garage located at the rear of the property, suitable for a small car, boat or bikes. North Road offers completely unrestricted parking on a first come basis.

Town: Southwold is a seaside town situated along the East Suffolk coast within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and resting between Lowestoft and Ipswich. Southwold is known as the home of Adnams Brewery which was established in the town in 1872 and it also has its own lighthouse, a museum and a picturesque pier which has a selection of colourful beach huts and which plays host to the regular Southwold Model Yacht regatta. The town boasts a number of excellent restaurants and eateries with a particular nod to its seaside location so there is always plenty of seafood and fish on the menu. Southwold has some fantastic independent shops, boutiques, galleries and pubs which are great for a browse and to stock up on essentials for your holiday. Just outside Southwold there are a number of great attractions for the whole family including Africa Alive Zoological Reserve, RSPB Minsmere and Dunwich Museum as well as scenic towns such as Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Leiston and Lowestoft to visit.
