Fees Upon Arrival

• Damage deposit: €400 per accommodation (refundable provided no damage, missing items or additional cleaning is required).
• A small daily tourist tax per night and person will be collected upon arrival. This amount is subject to change. Please consult the local municipality for the exact amount based on your stay dates.

Facilities

• Parking: Complimentary outdoor parking is available on-site closed by an electric gate with a personalized code provided upon arrival.
• This unit has the option of being accessible for those with reduced mobility. Please let our staff know upon booking and we would be happy to try to accommodate your needs.

Additional Options & Services

• Please inquire with our friendly team about stays of 7 nights or more.
• Pets: €7/night for 5 nights, €39/night for 6 or 7 nights, and prorated €39/night for 8+ nights. Max 2 pets per apartment.
• End-of-stay cleaning: €55 to €80.
• Beds made upon arrival & end-of-stay cleaning (except the kitchen): €85 to €125.
• Bed-linen change €9; Towels €9 per person.
• A baby chair or bed is available upon request at booking, and depending on availability for €5/day or €15/stay.
• A baby kit (bed and chair) is available for €7/day or €25/stay - please request upon booking.
• WiFi is available for an additional charge (prices available on-site).
