Relax at this bright and centrally-located 2 bedroom home.

Nestled in a quite cup de sac the property is a stones throw from the Meadows. A short 15 minutes walk through this beautiful green space and you’re in the city centre! Perfect for being in the hub without the hustle and bustle.

The space
1st floor flat located in a quiet cul de sac.
There is a main bedroom with king size double bed, dresser and hanging space.
The second bedroom is small but cosy with a double bed.

An open plan kitchen/diner lounge with everything you need for eating in, watching tv or catching up on laundry. Large bathroom with toilet. Walk in shower and sink located at the rear.

There is a cupboard in the hall with extra hanging space if you need it.

The hosts were wonderful and very responsive! We stayed in the flat for 4 weeks and it felt like home from the start. They even stocked the kitchen with some basic staples! It was quiet, sunny, and close to many bus lines. Super easy to get around the city! Thanks for making it our home away from home! Can’t wait to come back!

This property is well located. It is easy to walk to Old Town and New Town from here. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen/living room is a bit small, but it was workable. We were very grateful for being able to check-in a bit early.

The flat is very well located and equipped. The kitchen/living room area is very small so not ideal for 4 adults to comfortably relax after a long day touring the city. Otherwise, ideal for a few days un Edinburgh.

Overall the apartment was well appointed and clean. The images don’t really show how little room surrounds the bed in the second bedroom. The main bedroom however is huge and very comfortable! Great location that made it easy for us to walk into Edinburgh and plenty of food options in the area.

Not the best Vrbo we’ve experienced. Wasn’t given flat number on check in, very confusing. There are two key boxes on the back of the door, use the bottom one. Note that the 1st floor is not ground floor. Be aware of very steep stairs, if you have a lot of luggage, that is a huge problem.The king size bed, has nice bedding, but the mattress leaves a lot to be desired. I wouldn’t say the mattress was hard, but if you expect to sleep on a nice cozy, comfy mattress, you may want to bring a blow up. The 2nd bedroom mattress was very comfortable, though. Also, bring a sound machine, can hear the sound of walking in the flat above.Toilet wobbly, kind of scary. It is not bolted down at all, and if you lean, it comes off. Very dangerous. The shower took a bit to figure out but was very nice. However, it had mold, mildew and rust stains in the shower.Advertised a dryer, but there is none unless your expectation is a clothes rack in a non ventilated closet. Damp clothes 2 days later.2nd bedroom has zero space except for bed, had to store luggage in the kitchen.The kitchen was well stocked. However, there is no living room — there is a couch crammed in with a table in a small kitchen. Kitchen table can accommodate only 2, provided you shut the door. Chairs are plastic. The coffee maker was a nice touch, but needs a microwave. Quiet neighborhood, nice walking area.

Perfect location for exploring the city

The location was perfect for getting to all the sites The kitchen offered all the amenities we needed for cooking on the stovetop and oven. This is a perfect place for a family of four.

Property was ok for what we wanted, although for 400 I wouldn’t call value for money, that said I would think anywhere in Edinburgh would be similar money given that The Fringe was on as well as AC/DC. Our hosts were very good with communication and made us feel very welcome,

Great host, comfortable beds, good location

This is a cute little flat with all the basics, a short ride or 15” walk from the Royal Mile. When we first arrived it was clear there had been a scheduling mix up with the cleaners and the flat was not ready, but we were able to reach Scott right away and he showed up to personally remedy the situation within 20 minutes. One of the bedrooms is quite small, but the bed is great and overall our one night stay was very comfortable. Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment is lovely and just around the corner of an amazing playground. The apartment is super for 4 ppl. Our kids liked the stay as well. The kitchen is super equiped and having free tea and a free Nespresso machine was really good.
