Rock Pool Reach is located in fabulous Broadstairs, somewhere between a village and a town by the sea, with 7 blue flag beautiful beaches, ice cream galore and plenty of places to each and drink.
This first floor one bedroom conversion apartment is ideally located and is set in a charming Victorian residence, it also has private parking which is a huge bonus.
Close enough to enjoy all that Broadstairs has to offer but just set away from the hustle and bustle.
This lovely little first floor apartment has one double bedroom, shower room and open plan living/dining and kitchen area. The kitchen area is equipped with everything you need from a dishwasher, washing machine, utensils and all pantry utensils. You also benefit from high-speed wifi.
The owner says:
We love this apartment. We chose everything in it to try to create a sense of peace and calm - somewhere to totally unwind.
The bright front room has huge windows which catch the morning sun; perfect for a leisurely breakfast before wandering down to the Louisa Bay beach at the bottom of the road.
The bathroom colours mirror the nearby rock pools, bringing the idea of the sea back into the flat. And the bedroom is a tranquil cocooning space where you can hear the sound of the coast gently lulling you to sleep.
We have designed the space to enable two separate work from home spaces; a desk in the bedroom and a table in the front room; like everyone weâve learned you canât manage simultaneous Zoom calls in one room!
Come down on a Thursday evening for dinner at one of the nearby award winning restaurants, recharge first thing Friday with beach walk before settling down to catch up on emails, then skip rush hour and head straight into a long weekend in one of the most beautiful parts of the English coast.
