Oozing with industrial chic, Tyers Gate II is a sleek two-bedroom warehouse conversion in the heart of the city. Exposed beams and stripped back brick walls nod towards the origins of the building; now transformed into a stylish, open space with everything a small family, couple or business traveller could need while visiting the capital.:

Much of the home’s colour palette is set by the neutral tones of the brick and wood; contrasted by the mustard and navy shades of the soft furnishings and vibrant art pieces in the lounge area. An open-plan design creates a sociable space for everyone to gather; a dining table sits behind the sofa, and opposite this is a hidden kitchenette - uncovered by rolling back the wooden doors.

This minimalist style flows through into the two bedrooms, separated by crystal windows from the living area. The master bedroom boasts a super king-sized bed, while the second bedroom has a double bed and a retro record player.:

- This home accepts children but does not accept babies and toddlers.
- This home is on the second floor with no internal elevator.
- The bedrooms have windows overlooking the sitting room, there is a shear curtain to provide some privacy.
