This cheerful 2-bedroom townhouse with 1.5 bathrooms is a whole house rental with a private balcony and a private attached garage. This property is great for short stays and ideal for long stays. It has a dedicated office space with a sit-stand desk, monitor, keyboard and ergonomic desk chair.
This property is conveniently located in Harbour Landing, Regina, Saskatchewan. It is seven (7) minutes away from Regina International Airport, eleven (11) minutes from the University of Regina and just five (5) minutes to the Grasslands and shopping, dining, and entertainment districts.
Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located townhouse condo. A travel bassinet and high chair are provided on request at the time of booking confirmation.
Traveling with a baby can be a lot of work, so we are happy to provide several essentials for your little one(s) to make your stay easier. Upon request and at no additional charge, a high chair, an infant [newborn] bather, travel-sized bassinet with an integrated changing table, a convenient pack-n-play and/or a shower chair can be provided.
It’s good to familiarize yourself with the house rules:
1. No parties or events are allowed.
2. No smoking inside the condo. Use the driveway or garden outside.
3. No pets allowed.
4. No unregistered guests are allowed to stay overnight.
5. Leave your shoes on the shoes rack and tray next to the entryway closet.
6. Don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
7. Quiet hours are from 10:00 pm to 7:00 am local Saskatchewan time as per Regina Bylaw 6980.
8. Respect the check-in and check-out times.
9. Take extra care of the garage opener and TV remote. If lost, this will incur a replacement fee of $60 CAD each.
10. Take care of the furnishings in the condo.
11. Don’t rearrange the furniture.
12. Do not wash any of the bed linen.
13. Place ALL used towels in the bathtub prior to check-out.
14. No illegal substances are allowed.
15. Reservations longer than 28 days will be scheduled for cleaning every two weeks at no additional charge.

Starting to feel like my second home

Our stay couldn’t have been better. This location has everything you need for a comfortable visit. The host has truly covered all the essentials that have often been missing from other places I have rented (extra garbage bags/salt&pepper&spices etc). We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Regina!

Comfortable, convenient location, great accommodations
I've stayed here multiples times and there are good reasons for coming back. Located close to the airport and all highways, ring road, and bypass. Downtown is only 10 minutes away. The place is newer, clean, has plenty of space and has quiet neighbors. The attached garage is convenient and important to me. I recommend this property and will stay here again.

Great property. Highly recommended.
Trip was a combination of business & pleasure and this unit had everything I needed. Very nice newer accommodations in a great location in a nice neighborhood. Host was very responsive to communications, etc.

Sparkling clean and comfortable
We had a wonderful stay at this property - after a long drive, it was so nice to be welcomed to our temporary home with a basket of snacks and a cold pitcher of water in the fridge (especially appreciated on such a hot day). The beds were comfortable and we had all the essentials. The neighborhood is vibrant and pedestrian-friendly with abundant sidewalks, walking trails, and well-marked crosswalks. Everything you need is nearby. Our host was friendly, efficient, and quick to answer questions. Thanks for an amazing stay!
