Spacieuse maison d'hôtes de 3 chambres, avec salle de jeux complète. Table de billard, shuffle board, ping-pong, table de poker, télévision 64 ", réfrigérateur complet avec de l'eau et de la glace. Cette unité entièrement meublée est parfaite pour une ou deux familles ou en faire un week-end incroyable gars ou filles. Nous sommes situés sur 7 acres, mais seulement un kilomètre du terrain de golf du lac Shannon, à 10 minutes de Kelowna et à proximité de nombreux vignobles, plages, sentiers de randonnée et boutiques. Les animaux domestiques sont les bienvenus mais doivent être conscients qu'il y a un chien sur la propriété. Stationnement pour bateaux disponible

A Great Place for a Group Visit

We were a family group of 10 that spent the weekend at the Shannon Lake retreat and could not have been more comfortable. The host accommodated an early check-in, plenty of activities to do in the suite as well as outside. The suite was roomy and bright, beds were comfy and kitchen had everything we needed to prepare a couple of light meals. Location was perfect for us as we were there for a family event close by.

Great property

Property is just as listed on the site. Very spacious, lots of games and activities for all ages. We had a great stay and even hosted a BBQ for a few family members who live in the area. Tanya was great, quickly answering any questions we had. Overall great place to stay. Location requires a vehicle but that is already stated in the listing.

We were a group from age 85 to 25, plenty of space for everyone, BBQ and deck furniture on deck was perfect for another space to gather. Highly recommend to anyone. Tanya was a perfect hostess...

Fun attic

The place was nice, tidy and cozy. lots of games to play. The landlady was very sweet and resourceful. For check in we had to meet with them, which was unnecessary and rushed us to go there before late. The location is good for west Kelowna wine tours, but it is not a vacation house. it is an attic on top of the family business workshop. It was definitely over advertised and over priced for what it was.

Great Spot For Our Reunion

We are 3 friends who haven’t gotten together for over 30 years. We decided to meet in Kelowna for a few days of fun and reminiscing. This location suited us perfectly! The large common room was perfect for us to gather and chat, play guitars, listen to music, eat together etc. Rooms are great, bedding and sheets all very comfortable and two bathrooms make things very convenient. This was perfect for our needs.

Pics don’t do this property justice!

Tanya and Rod’s place was absolutely fantastic! The kitchen is very functional and spacious as the huge main room! The bedrooms are generous in size and my partner sunk right into the bed (it was too soft for me but we all have different preferences). Location is good but in the summer the okanagan is very dusty so be aware of that if you bring black shoes. Lol The floor was definitely not mopped before our arrival, the bottoms of our feets and socks were black with dirt which is the only reason for my lower rating. Central location but we stayed in a lot and just played games! The AC in the entire unit is super great!!! Would definitely stay again :-)

Lots of games & activities - great parking!

Good overall - the kitchen drawers needed to be wiped down. They had their cleaners cancel the morning before we arrived and understand but not really the customers problem. We were in town for a wedding and there were three bedrooms but only one had a place to hang clothing which was an inconvenience for wedding attire. They were more than accommodating with parking. My grand daughter got married and they had no where to store a small uhaul and they let us store it on the property for a few days which was great! Please check the decks of cards - although there were plenty of decks of cards - none of them complete. We enjoyed the pool table and shuffleboard.

Amazing place to stay

Rod and Tanya have an exceptional space for a group. The place was so clean and the photos don’t do it justice (the ceilings are high and the space is huge!). They have so many options of games to play and outdoor activities too. Will be back again for sure!

40th Birthday Trip

The hosts were amazing, incredibly accessible, helpful, accommodating and friendly. The property was perfect for our girls weekend away. Lots to do at the property and around the area. The hosts even dropped a couple of us off at dinner, when our taxi forgot them. Thank you for a great weekend!!!!!

Would definately return!

The location is wonderful! The kitchen is fully stocked; we were able to make gourmet meals every night after our wineries, hiking and biking adventures. The poker table shown has a cover to make it a dining table, which was important to us. The deck is more than shown with a full propane BBQ. I hope you enjoy your stay as much as we did!

Fun place

Really great lay out, great property for friends or family. Lots of parking and easily accessible. We were disappointed to learn that the owners live directly on the property upon arrival. This was not advertised, had we known we would not have booked this rental. That being said the property owners were incredibly friendly and didn’t bother us, in fact we didn’t even spot them During our stay so it was a non issue in the end. At one point I did request the Netflix password for the bedroom as its password protected for children - we wanted to watch Netflix in bed but we were not given the password. The property was clean enough but not to the standard of say, what you would expect in a hotel. Smears on the bathroom mirror, a busted glass in the cupboard, hairs on the baseboards. The towels smelled musty. Not the end of the world we just wiped it with the provided antibacterial wipes in the suite. We had a blast and really enjoyed the VRBO. The owners are great and we would stay again.

Nice big home for the 8 of us to enjoy and have a mini vacation

Fast check in and owners are easy and friendly to deal with. They made our stay excellent any any thing that wasn’t in home that we needed they accommodated us. Thanks Tanya snd Rod to letting us stay at your home. The home has a big kitchen with all that u need and the big rec area has so much to do to keep everyone busy.
