La Latina is a lively neighborhood situated on the grounds of a medieval Islamic fortress, a labyrinth of narrow streets lined with numerous tapas bars and taverns. The Royal Basilica of San Francisco el Grande, with works by Goya, and the church of San Pedro el Viejo, which has a Mudejar tower, are two of the neighborhood's landmarks. On Sundays, both the El Rastro market and the cafeterias and food stalls are filled with visitors. Steeped in culture and history, Madrid de los Austrias is the oldest and most traditional neighborhood in the city.
Although the apartment is located in an area full of life, full of services, bars, restaurants and theaters, it enjoys a calm and quiet atmosphere thanks to being inside the building and its good insulation.

The Apartment:
An unbeatable choice to enjoy Madrid. Bright and spacious, cozy and impeccably decorated, this magnificent apartment in Madrid de los Austrias invites you to stay as soon as you enter.
The apartment is located on the second floor of a residential building. The building has an access ramp to the portal, elevator and concierge.
The apartment has three bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower and a toilet. Two of the three bedrooms have a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds, in addition to the comfortable double sofa bed in the living room.
The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, washing machine and oven among other appliances.

The crib is subject to availability. Please advise at least 5 days in advance.
Central heating hours (only during winter November-May): from 13:00 to 23:00h.

Respect: For the purpose of a good coexistence and respect for neighbors and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
The check-in process implies a mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.

Access to the apartment: this apartment is located within the area called MADRID CENTRAL with restricted access to road traffic. Keep in mind that, to access the apartment in a private vehicle, you must have the corresponding approval from the Municipal Traffic Directorate General (DGT). Otherwise you can only access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. Mit House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard
