LAYOUT OF CASA DE LOS SUEÑOS



Upper floor:

The living room features a sitting area and a satellite TV with Dutch channels, as well as a dining area for five people. Fiber optic internet is available. Sliding doors open onto the spacious terrace with a dining area and lounge set — the perfect spot for your morning coffee, an evening glass of wine, or long al fresco dinners. Here you can enjoy the most stunning sunsets and, at night, the beautifully lit village of Benitachell.

The open kitchen is fully equipped with a Senseo coffee maker, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. There is also a separate toilet on this floor.



A staircase leads down to the lower floor, where you’ll find three bedrooms and two bathrooms — the coolest part of the house during the summer months.



Bedroom 1: double bed (1.60x2.00 m) and en-suite bathroom with bath/shower and toilet.



Bedroom 2: two single beds (90x2.00 m).



Bedroom 3: one single bed (90x2.00 m) with a pull-out bed (90x2.00 m), available on request.

There is a second bathroom with shower and toilet. From the hallway downstairs, you can also access the pool area; the same can be done from the outdoor entrance upstairs.



Amenities include underfloor heating, insect screens on all windows, and fans in the bedrooms. All bedrooms and the living room have air conditioning for optimal comfort.



OUTDOOR AREA AT CASA DE LOS SUEÑOS WITH PRIVATE POOL



The outdoor area is thoughtfully designed. A beautifully landscaped path lined with lush greenery connects the two gated entrances, one of which has a private parking space.

A small staircase leads down to the private pool (8x4 m) with six sun loungers around it and a lovely lounge sofa under the covered terrace — the perfect spot to relax and unwind. A gas barbecue and outdoor shower are also provided. The views are breathtaking, with the impressive Bernia mountains in the background and the sea near Javea visible in the distance. A distinctive landmark is the Montgó Nature Reserve, also known as “The Elephant” (see photos with views).

In July and August, arrivals and departures are only on Sundays.



During other months, arrival and departure are possible on any day, but bookings must connect to previous/following reservations or have at least 7 nights in between. Please ask us about the options.



Smoking is not allowed in or around the house.



We recommend renting a car for this destination.

Electricity up to 100 kWh per week (extra usage to be paid locally: €0.40 per kWh via a meter).

SECURITY DEPOSIT



A refundable security deposit of €350 applies. This must be paid before your stay. You will receive a one-time email with a link to arrange the deposit via a credit card authorization through Swikly, a secure online system specializing in deposit processing.

The amount is only charged in the event of proven damage to the property and does not affect your credit card limit.



VRBO BOOKINGS



If you book via the VRBO platform, the following cost must still be paid in cash on site (not included in the rental price):

WINTER RENTAL



Casa de los Sueños is suitable for winter stays. Winter rental is available from 1 November to 31 March, with rates upon request. The villa is heated with air conditioning and central gas heating; gas is charged according to the meter (€3.50 per m³) and must be paid locally in cash.

Winter rentals are possible for a maximum of 8 weeks and include a mandatory interim cleaning and linen/towel change.

Winter rates exclude interim cleaning, final cleaning, bed and bath linen, heating costs, reservation fees, calamity fund, and SGR guarantee.

INFORMATION ON REGIONAL REGULATIONS (VALENCIA / COSTA BLANCA)



Stays of 10 nights or less are considered tourist rentals.

Stays of 11 nights or more are considered short-term rentals according to Law 9/2024 of the Generalitat Valenciana, for which a short-term rental contract must be signed prior to arrival.
