Condo très confortable, dans un excellent emplacement central. Il est à seulement 15 miles du centre-ville de Denver, 21 miles à Boulder, et à seulement 20 miles de l'aéroport international de Denver.

Pleasant stay

The home had everything we needed for a 2 month stay. Location was great and convenient to all we wanted to do. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had a pleasant stay.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is furnished very well. There was laundry detergent, soap etc which was very helpful. Also the kitchen was fully furnished and had all the necessary supplies! We will definitely stay here again!

Awesome condo

This condo was perfect for all of our needs! They included plenty of extras so we didn't have to spend money on little things like spices and dish soap etc... Would definately stay again.

Good Location, Nice Clean Place

I stayed for 4 months - it was a pleasant stay. Location is very good and near many places to eat and buy groceries. Even drive to airport is not too bad. No disturbance and a nice neighborhood to walk. Overall, I give it 5 stars.

Excellent stay!

We have stayed in this condo several times. It is consistently clean with all that you need for a comfortable stay. Don is very attentive and quick to respond with any needs. The cookies upon arrival are a nice treat. We would not hesitate to stay here again and we highly recommend this condo.

Great location, well-supplied with anything you could imagine

With comfortable beds and furniture, and immaculate housekeeping, this condo contains anything and everything you might need to make your stay comfortable, including herbs and spices, and various food items ready to prepare. Fresh cookies welcomed us, along with good wifi. We have several family members in the Denver area, this condo made visiting them much more comfortable than invading their living spaces.

Quiet neighborhood. Condo had all the extras. Like towels, soaps, condiments, laundry soap, etc. Don was excellent to work with. Definitely recommend!!!

Cozy Clean Place

This place was perfect for our stay. Very clean and cozy enough room for 6 of us. Beds where very comfortable and had plenty of bedding. Cooked a large meal one night and had everything I need to make it happen plenty of pots and pans. Found everything I needed never had to run to the store for the little things. We would rent it again in a heartbeat. Loved how we felt like home.

Charming and comfortable

I enjoyed my stay very much. Traveling alone, I felt very safe there. The entire place was well appointed; linens, kitchen utensils, blankets, soaps, shampoos, and even toothpaste! It didn't mention that it had a pool, but it did! YAY!! If I ever come to this area again, I would certainly stay there. Very satisfying.

Great condo with so many amenities

This place exceeded our expectations! First, the condo was incredible clean! There were so many nice touches as soon as we walked in. Everything is labeled, wifi easy to log in. There were yummy cookies on the counter to greet us. The air conditioner and air circulator kept the place nice and cool. The pool was good for a nice dip and the tub was big enough for a good soak after a long day of walking and hiking. We enjoyed our whole stay and would definitely come back!

Cute Condo in Colorado

We brought our family of five to Denver this Summer for a family reunion. We really enjoyed our stay at this clean, adorable condo. The hosts are very friendly, kind, helpful and thoughtful. The condo is very well appointed, organized and labeled making it easy for us to find what we needed. We really appreciated the extra touches like bubbles and noodles for our kiddos to enjoy in the pool and goodies on the table to make us feel at home . After we left we realized our daughter forgot her special bear and Don went out of his way to get it back to us. Thanks for everything.

Central location with everything you need!

We stay frequently in VRBO places when we travel. This one far exceeded my expectations. I always pack the essentials that we will need for the week ...this place you could walk into and not need to leave for the week and you would have anything that you could think of! Check in was easy and host was very responsive and quick to answer questions. You are made to feel very welcome upon arrival. thanks for allowing us to share your home! The only reason I did not rate a 5 star was due to the noise of the air system...Saying this it was not bothersome to us as I like white noise but may be bothersome to others.

Beautiful - Charming - Comfortable Stay

We flew in from So-Cal for a family wedding. It was our first time booking through VRBO. We're a family of 6 so it made practical sense to book this townhouse so we could all be together. We are so happy to have chosen this home. We walked in to freshly baked cookies and a welcome note. The personal touch is something my family truly appreciates. The décor to the stocked items are very well thought out. It is stocked with everything you could possibly need. We felt very comfortable and at ease. It's close to the airport and the surrounding area has plenty of grocery stores and restaurants to choose from. Don was easy to contact if we had any issues, which we all found reassuring. We will be back to Colorado and book our stay here every time. Booking here was the best decision we made for accommodations. Would give 10 Stars if possible.

Great location and hosts!

We walked to almost everywhere we wanted to go. Local park and lake and food nearby. Paved running trails away from the roads in the neighborhood. The hosts were great and made our holidays away from home very nice!

Good month-long stay.

Comfortable, clean accommodations with all you need for a long-term stay. Check in and out easy, electronic door lock convenient, everything in good working order but water in one bath was rusty when first running shower. The furniture is dated and the unit needs paint, but the location was great. With some updating this would be a top-notch accommodation and the price was good!

I am a stay at home dad! Colorado Native! My wife and I both went to Broomfield High School. I went to University of Northern Colorado, my wife went to the University of Colorado. We have 2 wonderful kids and 2 small, somewhat annoying but sweet, rescued dogs. (Chihuahua mixes)

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

I lived in Thornton growing up until age 12. Then Broomfield, Colorado for most of the rest of my life. We purchased this condo because of the wonderful location, centered in the middle of: Denver, Boulder, and the Denver International Airport. Also for the wonderful neighbors and long-time residents we met, while investigating the neighborhood.
