The Apartment is in the heart of Sheringham, Modern, Light Airy and only 10min walk to the beach!
One Bedroom with large shower room, open plan full kitted kitchen with comfy sofa, table and 2 chairs TV with Chrome Cast, Bluetooth Speaker, Books, Games and Magazines to enjoy on an evening.
Private outside table and chairs to enjoy on the south facing Deck with access to our own Bars below and next door with our large range of cocktails and beers and even enjoy 10% off!
Space to store Bikes / Paddle Boards / Surf Boards in entrance Hall
We are currently renovating the downstairs of the property - while this is happening parking is available outside the apartment.
Small Private South facing Terrace will be available soon to enjoy a glass of wine or beer in the sun!

PARKING -
Although there is no parking onsite for the apartment it is very easy to pull up outside to check in and unload!
Opposite is a public carpark which is free from 6pm -8pm if you want a lie in pop a couple of ÂŁs in the night before and it will overlap into the morning, there are also several roads footsteps away which are free overnight!
A couple of minutes walk away are lots of roads with free parking these include - Cromer Road, Holway Road, Norfolk Road, The Boulevard and all roads heading off it - our staff can help advise aswell!
PLEASE NOTE - This apartment is based above our bar so there might be the normal hustle and bustle that comes along with this - we close no later then 11pm so there should be no late night disturbance!
