Notre retraite moderne, située à quelques minutes du quartier des divertissements 76, Silver Dollar City, et des meilleurs restaurants et magasins de Branson, est située dans l'un des complexes de golf de Branson, à Pointe Royale. We like staying in the Pointe Royale complex, the area is close to everything in Branson, but is a quiet neighborhood. It was warm enough the first day to sit on the patio & enjoy the view. This condo is on the bottom floor, so just a few stairs to get to. While we didn’t cook this trip, the pans & dishes looked new & in good shape.

Wasn’t amazed with our stay, but it did alright. Could use a deep clean (dust bunnies, shower and shower head needed a good scrub) and the bedding needs replaced (seems to have been washed too many times as there were fuzz balls all over the sheets). I noticed there weren’t pictures of the bathroom, so be prepared for close quarters. Check in was easy. The condo itself is in a good location.

The accommodation were great and the location was perfect , view was wonderful , but the bed when you laid on it , you felt like you were sloping down ward , we had to lay at the other end to sleep , but other than that it was a great stay !

Best vacation ever!

We were SO happy here! Great place for the 2 of us and literally on the golf course! 10-15 min from all excursions, food, shows. We would love to stay here again. Quiet and serene and so clean! Idk why people complained about the bed it was very comfortable and all around the best vacation we have had in a long time. Looking forward to returning.

4th of July getaway

Met the needs of our family of 4. There was no outdoor patio dining like pictures and description indicated but there was 2 chairs and a side table. I would not recommend the pull out couch for adults as my 8 and 10 yr olds complained of feeling the support bars. They did love the pool, pickle ball courts and other activities on the property.

Along visit that flew by.

We had a very nice stay, the weather was very nice, we did a lot of neat things. The condo needs a little airing out. The mattress needs replacing. Other than that we had a good time, The refrig, stove, micro is great. The coffee maker is great. The pots and pans, and all utensils were very good. The washer and dryer were good. A worth while vacation.

Needs Attention

Disappointed with cleanliness both inside and out. Bedroom linen covered with hair on sheets upon arrival, toilet bowl, coffee pot plus other items dirty. Outside entrance dirty and back porch area filthy. Discussed appearance and offered pictures of issues with owner but he seemed disinterested saying his unit is rented all summer. Will never return to this unit on future Branson visits.

Just read our other reviews. Guest was a problem from the moment they arrived. Even though we were in constant contact, with many phone conversations, they never mentioned any issues at all during their stay. Afterward, the called a day or two after leaving, saying there were spiderwebs outside the house (it’s the Ozarks and near a pond and well, in nature), they found one hair somewhere in the condo, and there was pollen on our patio. Guest hinted they wanted money or would leave a “very negative review”. And, here we are. We literally rent this condo almost every day of the year and this is the first person that has been a problem since we opened in 2017. We told the guest, after his rambling phone call after his stay, that we would check the “issues” after our next guest, as it was already rented that day. Just an all around bad guest that tried to take advantage of our hospitality and feels the world owes them.

Cute and Convenient

This unit was very convenient. We loved the back porch area where we could watch golf. The only thing that I didn’t like was that the unit’s bedroom was semi-underground. Due to this, the bedroom window faced the end of the stairs we walked down to get into the unit. The unit’s air conditioning unit was also right outside the window and echoed because it was boxed in with the stairs and cement walls. It was always dark in the bedroom, even when the sun would rise in the morning. It’s just preference, but I prefer brighter rooms. They do provide a sound machine to help with the noise. This bathroom is very small, which is to be expected with a one bedroom. The shower is nice. This condo met all our needs for this stay.

Great Condo

This condo is GREAT! We were in town for baseball games at Ballpark of America. We stayed in this condo for a full week. The location of the condo is 10-15 mins from all the top spots in Branson including the Ballpark. Several other baseball families stayed in the same complex with us and this unit was one of the nicest as not all units are as updated. This unit is nicely stocked with everything you need in the kitchen to cook, very soft towels, comfortable beds and large TVs in the living room and bedroom. We enjoyed the golf course view on the porch in the mornings and loved using the amenities of the golf club during the day!!! The club house has a good and reasonably priced cafe and bar inside as well as pool side! We enjoyed the pool, basketball court and pickle ball court. You can check out equipment from the pro shop, but I would recommend bringing your own if you have it as the pro-shop was not always open. We ended up going to Walmart and buying a basketball, so my son could play when the pro-shop was closed. Overall, great condo and great communication from the property manager. We would definitely stay here again!

Quiet, Serene, Condo on 17 Hole at Pointe Royal Golf Course.

Thank you for a wonderful stay and sharing your lovely remodeled condo with us. The property was clean, recently remodeled, with comfortable a bed to sleep in. There is an air mattress if needed for additional persons. We did not use the air mattress only my wife and I stayed at this property. The kitchen had everything you needed to cook any meals you desired. We did a few meals while staying here. The property is about 5 miles from town, very close to Table Rock lake, approximately 3 miles. (Good hiking at Table Rock) There is a fish hatchery 1 mile away from this property worth a visit. (Educational) It was so nice to receive a plate of cookies waiting to welcome us. Chris was very responsive to our inquiries, via e mail and text. Chris even tried to find eclipse glasses for us so we would have protective eye wear to watch this event. (Thank you Chris) I enjoyed eating on the patio watching the golfers go by. It is about 12 minutes away from the theater venues for musical performances. The property is air conditioned, I would definitely recommend this rental property for a visit to Branson, I will rent this property again when I return to Branson. Bring your golf clubs. Thank you for sharing your home with us Chris. This property exceeded my expectations.

Nice condo!

We were in the town for a Celebration of Life Ceremony. We have stayed at other properties in Pointe Royale and enjoyed them. The condo is located down a small flight of stairs at the end of a building. I would not recommend this condo if you are a light sleeper. There needs to be blackout curtains in the bedroom because the neighbors motion lights can turn on and light can be seen through the curtains. You can also hear neighbors walking on the floors above you. There were brand new towels in the bathroom which was nice but we could have used another hand towel as only one was provided. The bathroom is tiny with poor lighting in the toilet/shower area. The water in the shower will either scald you or freeze you. There seemed to be no in between temperature. The shower could use a good cleaning as there was some mold at the bottom of the shower door. The condo appeared to be clean overall- sheets, floors, kitchen. We appreciated the information left about restaurants and attractions. The TV's needed more printed info on how to operate instead of having to go to site to figure out. We didn't use the kitchen much just for some popcorn and a cup of coffee. Overall, it was a nice stay for the price. We felt comfortable staying here as far as cleanliness and area.

Excellent property and host

We have stayed in numerouse properties with this floor plan so it has somewhat of an at home feel. Host was very responsive and helpful. We didn't have much cause to communicate with them as there were no problems during our stay. The cable TV was nice most we have stayed in had no cable At least one smart TV for streaming should be consider. BothTV's there now are dumb as a post I would highly recommend this condo. I am "The Voice of Branson". You may have seen me on The Vacation Channel, hosting Kids Connection TV, heard me on Branson Talk interviewing hundreds of Branson entertainers and public figures, as the face of All Things Branson online, or performing on The Showboat Branson Belle for the last 12 years. I know Branson!

For years, my family has hosted television shows highlighting all that Branson has to offer. We have reviewed hundreds of local shows, restaurants, attractions, and stores. We know what visitors like. Predictably, we are often asked about lodging recommendations. We finally decided to enter the vacation rental market, to provide the best possible experience for our fans and followers.

As seasoned travelers, we know how important safe, clean, and comfortable accommodations are to the perfect vacation. We decided to offer the type of vacation rentals we look for when traveling. We do NOT offer low end lodging. We want to help create the perfect vacation for your family so we can work together year after year. We are looking to develop long term relationships and to be known for our attention to detail and creating vacations worth repeating.
