In this accommodation, you can truly breathe tranquility. Located in a protected and privileged setting within Doramas Rural Park, our detached house sits on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Valsendero (municipality of Valleseco), surrounded by mountains, forests, and trails that invite exploration.
The property features a private plot of 700 mÂČ and a built area of 85 mÂČ, distributed as follows:
âą Master bedroom with a double bed.
âą Two bedrooms with single beds.
âą Spacious and bright living-dining room.
âą Fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, induction hob, large fridge, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and complete cookware.
âą Full bathroom with shower and towel warmer.
All rooms are fitted with inverter air conditioning (heating/cooling) to ensure comfort at any time of year.

âą Private parking inside the property for up to 4 cars.
âą Bed linen and towels included.

As the house is located in a protected natural area, the construction of fixed pools is not allowed. For this reason, we have installed a Bestway Power Steel above-ground pool measuring 4.12 m x 2.01 m x 1.22 m, equipped with:

âą Ladder with child safety device.
âą Sand filter pump.
âą Saltwater chlorinator (gentler on the skin).
âą Automatic pH regulator.
The pool is located under the shade of a beautiful laurel tree, creating a cool and unique spot for your swims.
The porch features transparent vertical blinds that allow you to enjoy this outdoor space all year round, even on rainy or windy days, without giving up the views or natural light.
We also have a barbecue area with a countertop and sink.
