Only about 500m from one of the most beautiful sandy beaches in the Netherlands lies this comfortable wellness vacation villa for 18 people in a dreamlike location on a large dune plot. It is a perfect place to escape the stress of everyday life and enjoy your free time together actively and sportily, to experience sociability, but also to find relaxation and inner peace again.

In this vacation home, which has wonderful charisma due to modern design and coziness, you will feel completely comfortable. The bright living-dining area convinces simple elegance. Everyone will find a cozy place on the XXXL sofa with a view of the flat-screen TV. On cooler days, the electric fireplace effectively contributes to a relaxed sense of well-being. An impressive feature is the long dining table with 18 comfortable chairs, where everyone can enjoy a delicious meal together from the more than fully equipped open white kitchen.

The heart of the villa is certainly the garden area with its impressive terrace, which leaves nothing to be desired. A spacious seating area with a parasol and a dining table with 8 adjustable chairs as well as 8 sun loungers invite you to linger. The illuminated swimming pool is 10 x 4 meters and is heated by the cover with solar panels. The pool house is equipped with a large dining table, and an outdoor kitchen with a refrigerator and dishwasher. The grill master will have his bright joy at the Weber gas grill. At the side of the pool house, you will find a shower and a separate toilet. The adjacent covered lounge set is equipped with atmospheric lighting and radiant heaters, just like the pool house. Children can enjoy the outdoors all day by swimming, playing soccer or field hockey on the soccer field with artificial turf, bouncing on the XL trampoline or practicing on the gymnastic pole.

From the terrace, an outdoor staircase leads to the downstairs bedrooms, the sauna, and the game room with XXL couch and a flat-screen TV with Blu-ray DVD player, a closet full of games and DVDs, and a foosball table. Both TVs support Netflix, so you can watch movies and series of your choice with your own account. In this vacation villa, you can spend and enjoy a relaxing and eventful vacation together, regardless of the weather.

A total of 18 people will find their well-deserved night's rest in 8 quietly located bedrooms - spread over 3 floors. There are also enough toilets and showers available. The overall room layout can be described as follows:

- 1 pass-through bedroom with 2 single boxspring beds of 90 x 200 cm, no window (with airco)
- 1 bedroom with 1 double box spring bed with two mattresses 80 x 200 cm (with airco)

First floor:

- 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 160 x 200 cm with airco

If your travel group is not a family, all fellow travelers must be at least 25 years old. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation. The house can also be rented/booked for tourist and/or recreational purposes only.
