Villa Mastlo - Ouddorp

Two beautiful luxurious, designer holiday homes just 2 minutes from the beach.
Villa Mastlo comprises two holiday villas. At the front you will find the IJsvogel (A) and at the back Hopper (B). These semi-detached holiday villas are located on the Oud Nieuwlandseweg in Ouddorp, which is just a few minutes walk from the dunes and the North Sea beach. These two semi-detached luxury holiday villas can accommodate up to 20 guests, but both can also be used separately as a 10-person villa (plus 1 children's bed).

Together, the villas have eight bedrooms, four bathrooms, two separate living rooms and two fully equipped kitchens. Each villa has one bedroom downstairs, three bedrooms upstairs, and a sofa bed. In total, there are 16 beds available and two double sofa beds. Would you like to have dinner together? Both villas have an 10-seater dining table, at which you can dine together and also board games have been thought of. Outside, too, you will want for nothing. The spacious garden (artificial grass) is quiet, has a cosy terrace with garden furniture and for the little ones, there are two trampolines. There is something for everyone, so you can enjoy a relaxing holiday.
 
Both holiday houses are located in a quiet street, close to nature. From the holiday villa you almost immediately walk onto the footpath towards the dunes and the beach. Here you can relax, fly kites with your children, take a long walk on the beach or enjoy a meal or drink at one of the beach pavilions. Do you love unique nature areas? Then the typical Ouddorp Schurvelingen are worth a visit. The centre of Ouddorp is also near the holiday homes. In the beautiful, historic town centre you can enjoy all the beauty that Ouddorp has to offer, shop in one of the nice boutiques and get your daily groceries.

Parking
There are two private parking spots per villa available. If you booked both properties, you can use a maximum of 4 parking spots. Need more parking space, you can park them along the Oud Nieuwlandseweg. The parking lot has one charge point from the brand NewMotion. You can charge your electric car via a charge card against payment. You may have to share the charging station with tenants of the other house. Do not park your car in the access road due to emergency services (you risk a fine).

Jacuzzi
Villa Mastlo Ouddorp currently has two Jacuzzis, one Jacuzzi per garden (extra costs for use).  If you booked villa A + B combined, the jacuzzi will be filled in the garden of villa B (you can add the jacuzzi in the garden of villa B at an extra fee). The villa is located between other houses so it is not allowed to play music in the garden or cause other noise nuisance.

BBQ
Villa Mastlo Ouddorp has one concrete barbecue with a metal grid per garden. You can use this free of charge. The purchase of charcoal must be done by yourself. We ask you to be very careful with open flames. After use you must  clean the barbecue.

Please note: If your travel party is not a family, all travel companions must be at least 25 years old or older. Youth groups are not allowed in this accommodation and will be refused on arrival.
