Walk or drive down into the valley where you will discover stunning valley scenery, Welcombe beach, waterfall, and the spectacular coastal path. Free car park. Also highly recommended is a visit to the stunning nearby Marsland Valley for walkers and Sandymouth Bay beach has a free car park.

Located just 12 miles from the North Cornish town of Bude the property is in a great position, perfect for exploring both North Devon and North Cornwall with attractions such as Milky Way Adventure Park, the world-famous coastal village of Clovelly, The Big Sheep family farm themed park, Hartland Abbey, Hartland Point Lighthouse and many more places to spend your days. If stunning beaches are your thing, then North Devon will leave you spoilt for choice with Saunton, Woolacombe, Croyde and Westward Ho! Beaches all within easy reach by car.
