Oystershell Cottage is situated in a beautiful tranquil village called Kingswear in the heart of South Devon. This property is perfect for a romantic getaway or great for holidaying with friends, the property offers fantastic panoramic river views from the front of the house and from the top of multi-tiered garden, has two double bedrooms and two bathrooms. Kingswear is a lovely quiet village located across the river from Dartmouth although, the village is within easy commutable distance from Totnes, Paignton, Torquay and Brixham. The village offers all types of transport if you didn't want to drive for the week, catch the buses, ride the steam train or catch a ferry to any destination. All of this within a 5 minute walk of the property.

Rooms:  Ground Floor: Open plan kitchen and diner, lounge, utility, bathroom. First Floor: Master bedroom, double bedroom with ensuite, entrance to back garden. 
Kitchen and Utilities:  Electric hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer, microwave, drinks fridge. 
Entertainment:  43" Smart TV. DVD Player.
For Families:  Baby equipment is not provided however, you may bring your own. Please be aware this property is not suitable for children under the age of 10 due to the steep steps in and outside of the property. 
Outside:  Multi-tiered garden at the rear of the property with spectacular sea views. There is a Summer House at the top of the garden with garden sofa and table, umbrella a and barbeque. Please be aware the steps in the garden are steep. 
Parking:  A parking permit is available for 1 car for the duration of the stay. This will entitle you to one space in th Darthaven Marina car park a short walk from the property.  Spaces are on a  first come first serve basis. . 
General:  Wifi Provided. Heating and electricity included in rent. No Smoking. No Pets. Bed linen and towels provided (please bring your own beach towels). 
Security Deposit:  This property has a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200, which is payable to Marsdens Devon Cottages with the final balance of your holiday, eight weeks prior to your arrival, and is refunded within 5 working days of your departure. Alternatively, you may wish to pay a non-refundable Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver equivalent to 10% of the Accidental Damage Deposit value, which covers you for the full value of the Accidental Damage Deposit, should any damage occur during your stay.
Notes:    No Smoking. No Pets. Guests are welcome to bring their own baby equipment, it is not provided. This property is not suitable for children under the age of 10 Parking is not provided with this property. WiFi Provided. Mobile Phone Signal is strong. 
Short Breaks -  Short Breaks accepted throughout the whole year - minimum of 3 nights. 
You may need to pay an Accidental Damage Deposit or Accidental Damage Deposit Waiver for this property. Where applicable we will contact you in good time before your holiday with further details and to take payment.
