This newly refurbished property is just 200m from Broad Haven beach, with seaside activities, restaurants, bars & shops on your doorstep. Overlooking St Bride’s Bay on the famous Pembrokeshire coast path, this chic home allows for days on the beach followed by restful evenings relaxing in the Hot Tub. The 4 bedrooms and snug sleep up to 10 guests.

• 6 Person Hot Tub steaming year-round
• Spacious outdoor area with BBQ, hot tub, and sun loungers overlooking the sea
• 200 metres from Broad Haven beach
• 15 minutes drive from the county town of Haverfordwest, 30 minutes drive to St David's

The porch, with space for sandy shoes as well as coats, sits beside a dedicated area for wetsuits and beach equipment, meaning you’re always ready to hit the surf. Stepping beyond the porch, you enter into a large, light, calming open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. On the right, a brand new kitchen has all you could need for your family trip; a large American style fridge freezer, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave, a beautiful sink unit with the serving hatch to the garden above it, an integrated dishwasher, an electric oven with 4-hob gas stove above, and a washer/dryer tucked into the far corner.
On the left, the large dining table and chairs sit all 10 guests for family feasts, and the picture window perfectly frames the sea view. A beautiful floating log effect gas burner sits neatly between this space and the cool blue L-shaped settee and chairs in the light lounge area. This relaxing space also has fantastic views out across the beach for post-adventure chilling while admiring the famous West Wales sunsets.
A corridor leads out from the kitchen space into a compact dedicated working area to catch up with emails, with a large window for great working light. Wifi is provided throughout the property.
The first newly-fitted bathroom is adjacent to two of the three bedrooms, and has a WC, a modern square sink below a large, round mirror, a large walk-in shower, and a heated towel rail. The second, a family bathroom, is just down the corridor, closer to the master bedroom, and has also been newly fitted. It contains a WC, a sink with mirror, and a bath with an overhead shower, perfect for after beach bathtime for little ones.
The property consists of 4 bedrooms. The first, a twin room, is on the left, and has two single beds and a storage unit. This room is perfect for children. The second bedroom to the right is a cosy double room, also with hanging space for clothes. The corridor then opens up into the snug space which has a double sofa bed, wall-mounted Smart TV with streaming services, and a unit filled with children’s books and toys. This is a great extra sleeping space as well as a lovely hangout for the kids. Leading directly off this space is the master bedroom at the front of the building, with a king-sized bed and a large bay window looking out over Broad Haven and towards the sea. Beside it sits the nursing room with a feeding chair, which leads to the children’s room with two bunk beds.
Steps lead from the driveway to the first sheltered patio area where the 6-person hot tub awaits. A gravelled area nearby is used for family barbecues, with a serving hatch into the kitchen area for convenience. Above this space sits a large lawn, perfect for the kids to run around in. Overlooking the hot tub and with spectacular views toward the beach is a second patio area with sun loungers. The glass balustrade provides shelter from the wind, making this the perfect sun trap with sea view.
Accessed conveniently from the main car park, this property has two of its own parking spaces on a private driveway at the rear of the property.

10 Marine Road is situated just off the main coast road at Broad Haven, a mere 200 metres from its Blue Flag beach with golden sands, rockpools, and views over St Bride’s Bay. Situated at the heart of the Pembrokeshire coast path, you can walk north or south from this point and come across more stunning coves, beaches, fishing villages, wildlife, and sometimes, even see Ireland across the sea.
Broad Haven itself has several restaurants and cafes on the main road, as well as a small shop, Post Office, surf shop, and bus stop. From here you can catch the Puffin Shuttle bus in the holiday season, or catch a bus to nearby Haverfordwest for supermarkets, the cinema, or pharmacies.
A mile south of Broad Haven is the tiny, steep fishing village of Little Haven. Both Broad Haven and Little Haven share a lifeboat station which is located here. Grab a crab sandwich from seafood vendors Lobster & Mor, or have a cheeky pint at one of two ancient taverns, The Swan or The St Brides Inn.
North of Broad Haven, you’ll find the popular pebble beach of Newgale. This beach is popular with surfers, and is a fantastic, long stretch of beach for walking, swimming, or, if you’re feeling adventurous, kite surfing, which nearby shop New Surf offer.
A 10 minute drive away is the quaint fishing harbour of Solva. Filled with colourful fisherman’s houses and bobbing boats, Solva resembles a Cornish fishing village. Take a walk from the main harbour and up along the finger of land that stretches out to sea called the Gribbin for incredible views of St Davids Head and the little islands that house a variety of sea birds. Keep an eye out for shipwrecks, too - this was always a popular spot for smugglers, wreckers, and even a pirate or two.
Half an hour’s car ride north and you reach Britain’s smallest city, St Davids. This ancient hamlet is home to an impressive Cathedral, said to have been built on the spot of the monastery of David, Patron Saint of Wales. Nestled into a valley below the main cobbled streets, it’s well worth a visit, as are the boutique shops, art galleries, and eateries of this popular small spot. Nearby, Whitesands beach has a large car park, cafe, and toilets, and is a great family day out.
Whether you’re a fan of outdoor pursuits or of ancient history, a trip to the world-famous Preseli Hills is a must. Less than an hour’s drive through pastoral countryside brings you to the peaks that are made of Preseli Bluestone - the same stone that makes up the inner circle at Stonehenge. The highest peak, Foel Cwm Cerwyn, has magnificent views of a large part of the National Park. On a clear day, you can even see Snowdon! These hills have been home to Welsh and Brythonic peoples for centuries. The Golden Road, an 8-mile path along the spine of these hills, was thought to be an ancient trade route to nearby ports linked with Ireland.
