Town: A great starting point for exploring the South West Coastal Path, which opens up routes to the stunning Cornish countryside, is Padstow, which is located at the beginning of the Camel Cycle Trail. This charming fishing port is flanked by beautiful beaches and provides many possibilities to sample the regional cuisine at places run by famous people. Padstow offers activities for everyone, including fishing, strolling, cycling, and taking trips on local fishermen's boats. A passenger boat across the river from Padstow to Rock will take you to the beach at Daymer Bay, and the superb surfing beaches of Harlyn and Constantine are perfect for safe family enjoyment. Constantine Bay also has a golf course nearby. The surfing mecca of Polzeath is only around the corner toward Pentire Head, and when the beach no longer calls, there are surrounding golf courses, various elegant residences, and gardens to explore.
