With its elegant interior, period features and position just moments away from the town's pretty pebble beach and high street, Poplar Cottage creates an idyllic retreat on Devon's east coast; equally suited to blissful family holidays and luxury stays. Recently renovated to an exceptional standard, the house which has been professionally styled, flows effortlessly between its two floors, offering guests light and airy downstairs living, and spacious bedrooms above. The ground floor kitchen and open plan dining room have a touch of French farmhouse.

Please note that due to the warm weather the Aga is switched off during July and August. It will be switched back on in September (weather depending). The two-ring induction hob, combination microwave oven and BBQ are available for cooking.

We ask our guests for a £150 good housekeeping bond, which is pre-authorised against your card. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved and then released afterwards if there is no claim. We will contact you nearer the time of your arrival to arrange this.
