Le centre de conférence de Daytona Beach Resort est idéalement situé à l'extrémité nord de Daytona Beach. Nos condos sont OCEANFRONT avec un grand balcon privé pour accueillir des sièges.

S'il vous plaît demander à tous les autres propriétaires de leurs balcons - la plainte n ° 1 que nous entendons des clients qui sont restés avec d'autres propriétaires est qu'ils n'ont pas été informés que les balcons étaient des chambres debout ou des allées publiques ... et pas un balcon privé - S'il vous plaît être conscient de la différence et demander avant de louer - ne soyez pas déçu !!

Studio d'angle au 11ème étage (photo) avec lit King Size et grand balcon privé. Ce condo est le préféré de tous. C'est tout à propos de la vue. L'unité de coin au 11ème étage vous donnera l'impression de planer au-dessus de l'océan. De nombreuses mises à jour récentes incluent: nouveau tapis, nouvelle causeuse en cuir, nouveaux matelas, nouvelle table / chaises. Ce condo est mis à jour et est l'une des plus belles unités de l'immeuble. Vous apprécierez le mobilier et le linge de maison haut de gamme, vous vous sentirez comme chez vous.

Oceanfront Private Balcony est de 120 m², vous commencerez à vous sentir comme si vous aviez une autre pièce à apprécier. Canapé, chaise, table de salle à manger et chaises de table Vues magnifiques du nord-est, Efficiency Kitchen et MillionDollar View depuis un balcon privé avec 2 chaises et une table afin que vous puissiez savourer votre café tout en regardant le lever du soleil depuis votre balcon privé. Vous aurez une vue magnifique sur l'océan ou détendez-vous avec un verre de vin et profitez de votre vue sur les étoiles dans le ciel nocturne. Cuisine d'efficacité avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour vous sentir chez vous. Table avec des chaises pour dîner en plein air.

Le complexe possède 2 grandes piscines au bord de l’océan, des fauteuils inclinables au bord de l’océan, une piscine pour enfants avec cascade, un mini-golf, le bar Tiki au bord de la mer, un salon avec le divertissement Weekend - un restaurant au bord de l’océan et un foyer.

We really enjoyed the condo. The morning sunrise was beautiful. Would be even better with a working pool but we were aware of it not working when we booked.

Only thing good about our stay here was the ocean view!!! Which is Gods blessing!

Very falsely advertised!!! The smell of mildew was bad..had to go buy and spray Lysol. It was raining when we checked in at 3:30pm and the ceiling over the couch was dripping!! Put a towel down and moved the couch!! This condo was definitely false advertised!!! I feel we should be refunded at least half of our $300!!! It was like a condemned broken down hotel!!!

Not as great as advertised

We knew the pool and resort amenities would be closed. However, when we arrived we found water damage on part of the ceiling by the windows. The balcony was also blocked off which was not advertised. Other than that, the place was pretty decent. If you’re just looking for a cheap room on the beach this is the place to go. Definitely a little bit of a trashy resort, but not terrible for the price.

Property was as described would like to come back when all amenities are open. The view from our corner condo was amazing. Wish we would of been able to open the door to our balcony just to hear the ocean but I understand they were working on them.

Balcony locked

I was informed after I booked that the balcony was locked. I tried to communicate with the owner but never received a follow up email. The listing stated the balconies on 7&8 were closed. This unit was on the 11th. Once I was made aware it would have been nice to been offered to cancel or refunded as the balcony was the main reason I booked this location. Very sad no solution could have been offered. Paying full price for half the appeal of the location is just wrong.

Dirty Bedding

The place was great you had a great view of the ocean. When we got there the room wasnt cleaned and it was way after 4 . House keeping let me put my stuff in there while i ran to the store . I noticed the comforter on the bed and the sheets . When i got back the sheets were changed but it was the same comforter and it had stains on it so i know it wasnt washed . No washer and dryer in room So i had to go to walmart and Get us a blanket other than that its a nice place All the beding should be changed after someone leaves

Daytona beach resort

Two men tried to get into our room at midnight when we were sleeping. The place is like a ghost town. We have stayed at dbr at least 10 times in previous years and it was great, will never stay there again unless there are some drastic changes. Safety is definitely an issue.

Vacation that could have been better

We have stayed at the location server all times but on this occasion was disappointed. The room was clean and comfortable but the listed facilities is were things went wrong. On arrival found the pools and patio unavailable due to damage from the two hurricanes in 2022. There was also repair works being done to area’s near the room preventing relaxing in the room during the day while this was going on. Would have been nice to know this prior to arrival. Also found there was no access to the laundry facilities as advertised. Add in the state of the elevators and having adjust our plans to make the best of what was available, our time could have been better.p

What a view

The condo was cute as it could be and just as described. But when we walked in all I could say was WOW!!!! The view is to die for. Ocean everywhere you look. I promptly booked it again for my husband and myself for next month. It has everything we needed. I just go for the beach so it didn’t matter about not having the pools (temporarily out of service because of last years hurricanes). As I said, I’m already going back!

Bathroom shower was unusable toilet ran and we had to lift the lid every time -

The bathroom shower was unusable had to shower at a friends the toilet ran constantly after the third use .. where we then had to lift the lid to fix every time .. we reported and they attempted to fix but we were exhausted and had already showered so we expected it would be done the next day while we were out (which we informed our contact that we left for the day and they could repair) but they never showed up..

We were thrilled when we saw the condo. It is exactly as described in the listing. Corner unit with a private balcony and a view that we thoroughly enjoyed both in the morning and evening.

Breathtaking Views

We could not have asked for better views of the ocean and sunrise. Easy access to the beach for daily walks and breakfast at The Beach Bucket. The property was kept very clean throughout our stay. Our host Renata responded promptly when we had a concern. Parking could be a bit of a challenge on the weekend as the parking garage is not accessible. When the lots directly in front of the property and to the side of the property were full we were directed to park across A1A in designated spots in the shopping center parking lot. This was an easy walk to the property. There is a locked, adjoining door to the unit next door which allows for conversations and the television to be heard, and the unit is directly across from the elevators so we could hear conversations when people were coming and going. We used a white noise app on our phone at night so these things did not interrupt our sleep at all. The bed is comfortable and if you want to nap during the day just pull the curtains closed and the room becomes quite dark. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony enjoying the views and reading a book. The kitchenette is stocked with the basics so it was easy to prepare meals and dine in. We would not hesitate to book this property again.

Room was as described. Clean on the surface but found multiple condom wrappers under bed and stand.

Reported air conditioner broken Thursday morning. Owner was quick to respond to message. Was suppose to be fixed that day returned to an unlocked room that night with no working air still. Finally fixed Friday after 5.

Daytona on the Beach

Easy to work with rep. Very responsive to requests and questions. View was eye popping! Well equipped kitchen which was a nice surprise. Tub and shower was nice instead of just a shower only. Easy to find our way around from the location.
