Our self-catering Shepherds Hut has a double bed (with bedding supplied), a small breakfast bar style seating area, flat screen tv, free wifi, iron and ironing board, gas central heating, ensuite with full size shower (towels supplied).
Fully equipped kitchenette for a self catering break with fridge, combination microwave, gas hob, etc.
Inside there will be some complimentary items to help you settle in after your journey, ie, 2 x toilet rolls, tea, coffee, sugar and in the fridge some milk and a bottle of water each.
Outside it has it's own private decked area with table and chairs, with views across the garden and towards the old church tower.
When you arrive, access is via a key safe situated on the front of each unit to which you will be notified of the code in advance. At the end of you stay please put the key back in the key safe.
Check in time is from 3pm and check out time is before 10.30am
No smoking or vaping permitted.
The Cedars is a 200 year old fully renovated property in the centre of the village, situated in a walled garden with plenty of private parking.
We are deliighted to offer our two chalets - The Shepherd's Hut and The Garden Room for holiday rentals.
The chalets will be cleaned and prepared for your arrival day however daily housekeeping during your stay, is not provided.
Each and every one of our guests are truly valued.
Our aim is to make your stay the best it could possibly be.
We pride ourselves on attention to detail and work hard to create an environment which is tranquil and perfect for relaxing.
There is a local pub in the village with a chef serving food from 11-2 and 6-9. In the village is the famous Gwennap Pit.
We are only 5 minutes from the main A30 and 20 minutes from either the North or South coasts and ideal for day trips to a host of other seaside resorts such as Falmouth, Perranporth, St Ives and St Michaels Mount.
It is also 8 miles from Cornwall's capital Truro with it's beautiful cathedral and unique shops, restaurants and bars.
There are a number of National Trust places nearby like Trelissick, Trebah and Glendurgan Gardens and Pendennis and St Mawes castles.
You could also take a boat trip up the picturesque River Fal or the Roseland Peninsula.
There is Land's End, the open air cliff top Minack Theatre and Famous Eden Project. Truro and Falmouth universities 15 minutes away.
