The Central Villas are actually twin villas within one, private property. Accessible via a large central entrance hall with both left and right villa taking up the full ground floor of the expansive building. With privacy and comfort at the heart of their design - soundproofing, triple glazing, strategically placed plants and railings, black-out curtains etc. - enjoy the most privacy you could possibly ever wish for in a rental one minute from the high street!

Each private villa suite consists of three large bedrooms (sleeps 6) and three en-suite bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen and both outside and inside living/dining areas. Each villa has it's own private hydromassage spa pool on the front of the property with installed current generator for swimming lengths – the only one of it’s kind in the area. At the touch of a button, you can swim as if in an Olympic sized pool! Big enough for a couple of children to splash about in or equally so, for adults to sit and enjoy a massage from the powerful water jets.

At the back of the property is further outside dining space for each villa. These benefit from a good amount of shade meaning there is always somewhere to sit in full sun or not. This ample sized tiled area is connected to the front pool area via a wide path so you can swap between exterior areas with ease without having to go inside.

On top of so much private outside space, our guests get to enjoy also the shared use of our expansive roof top garden with panoramic views over Kassiopi, the Byzantium castle, the sea beyond and the Albanian coastline. A beautiful spot at anytime of the day but certainly the most heavenly come sunset. The ONE and ONLY roof top garden for rental accommodation in Kassiopi.

A simple 3 minute flat stroll from Kassiopi village square. 5 minutes to Kassiopi harbour or main beach. Stay in the heart of Kassiopi but enjoy the peace and quiet too! Plus having no steps in or around the property makes them very much ideal for less-abled bodies or families with small children.

An innovative renovation project that saw our team at Kassiopi Corfu Villas rebuild from the concrete shell up! Completed in the spring of 2022 with a seamlessly installed modernization of an old Greek building.
