Located in Viela do Anjo, with its front facing Rua de Mouzinho da Silveira, one of the most characteristic streets of the charming city of Porto. It is situated 500 meters from Ribeira, 300 meters from Mercado Ferreira Borges and Palácio da Bolsa, 500 meters from Avenida dos Aliados, 250 meters from São Bento station (with metro connection), and 500 meters from Igreja dos Clérigos.

Other Things to Note:
In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in).

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team finds evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking.

If you wish to request a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the scheduled check-out time without prior authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged.

If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon request). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and require our team's assistance to open the door, a fee of €40 will be charged after 7:00 PM. If the key is left in the door lock (requiring technical intervention) – the cost will be determined upon request.

For bookings of 28 nights or more, there is a limit of €150 for water, electricity, and internet/TV package expenses. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will be responsible for the excess.

The tenant agrees to allow the host's staff to enter the property whenever requested for an inspection, with monthly visits expected for this purpose.
